  1. Yeah, I'm aware of that already and I'm not going to go too crazy on the gasser. An intake, exhaust, RPM trans since their only 70 miles from my house and maybe a few other go fast items. I already have a EFI LIve V2, so it's just figuring out the gas tuning and tables and I hope to have 485 to the ground one day and leave it at that. My Duramax is a hodgepodge of Beta parts from some very respectable names in the diesel industry, so it'll hold its own, but I want a newer Duramax later down the road. Right now I have one leaving for college this year, and three more in high school after she's out the door, so my time for maintenance and detailing are not what they once were. With two in preschool, one in elementary and another just starting JR high, I'm taking a break from it until the four oldest are out the door and starting their lives and more money is staying in the bank than is going out. And yes, that's right kids. You guessed it, I work my arse off. The wife made me take a year and a half off and I just started back in a log truck in Decenber and I haul more loads as a part time driver than the full time guys. Glad to be here, I'm looking for a clean titled, low 100's truck with no tears in the leather or vinyl panels, has to have steering wheel controls and the wife might like a sunroof, I'm not a fan because I know they leak. But if you guys know of any good ones, I'm willing to fly to pick up a nice truck to anywhere but Alaska, no passport, so I can't drive it home, hahahaha. Last time I left the country, I was on a C5 with my MIL ID and orders.
  2. I could, but I might face a divorce after spending that much money on another toy, lol!
  3. Looking for a Silverado SS now. Thought I was sold on a TBSS, but the wife didn't want to lose a truck, so I'm soon to replace my 623rwhp Duramax powered Sierra that I built from stock. It's a somewhat sad transition for me, but I'm getting slightly worn out of maintaining such a powerful engine that I no longer have a need for. So, I'm not new to forums. I was an Admin at Dieselplace for five years and a few may recognize my username. Hopefully I will be helpful here after I learn the in's and out's of gasser performance. Any advice would be great!
