this is wats coming out under the carpet, can I some how tap into the power wire and tap into the seat ones and make it work??

This weekend I went and picked up a ss Interior, got both seats, with console and glove box. As I was installing them noticed that the passanger seat only had one big plug to connect to the 2 coming out under the carpet, leaving the little plug not connected, which must be the power, so my question is am I supposed to split the wires and run a wire to the seats??? Bought some claddings that was supposed to include all oem brackets, when I received it and open this is all the brackets I received, by the looks of it I'm missing some not sure which ones tho, if anyone knows can you please let me know which ones they are thanks appreciate all the help.
