  10. Correct... That's a good thing! Just get that thing tuned... And while your getting it tuned for fans you can tell your tuner any other mods you have such as Cold air intake, headers or what not.. These trucks really wake up with slight adjustments.. Just tuning the transmission will make it feel like a different animal. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Should be pretty straight forward if it has the right harness. Cant remember which one i purchased but it was pretty straight forward...As to what they hacked before you got the truck there's no telling. I added two 12's under the back seat with a amp wire ran straight from the battery and a remote turn on of the harness itself...if you have it this weekend i'll be in houston and will take a look at it if you still need some help.
  12. What's up buddy.. Do you have an aftermarket or stock stereo you were adding the subs to? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Yes they should. I built my own harness with triggers to the relays to control low and high... I'm not familiar with the factory harness or how it's wired so not much help on that side.. But you should be able to ground those wires and see if you have low and high speed... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. No they will not run. Your truck came with a clutch fan so it's programmed in the pcm to see them.. You need EFI or HP tuners to turn them on.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Right now it sees no fans... This is the way it came from the factory... You have to set the PCM to see serial Fans... You'll basically have to pay a tuner or someone who has the software... It will cost you a least the amount of the credit and whatever the tuner charges for his time...
  15. Post up some pictures. And welcome to the site.
  16. Stupid question but you did have the PCM programmed to recognize the fans...

  20. we can possibly make that happen! I'm all about horse trading these days too.. Anything laying around? possible cash on my side.
  21. Question for all the turbo guys out there. My current set up is a 76mm with Edelbrock pro-flow intake...My turbo response is somewhere 3400-3600 range. Quicker if i hold the brake for a bit on the stall.. few options i was looking into. i still have the L92 truck intake i bought by mistake last year so option one could involve a L92 head swap. Option two would involve just picking up a new 5.3 intake. the whole idea is to pick up some more grunt down low. I only spin the motor to 5900-6100 at the max. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated as this spring she needs to come back apart to install the Cam and new lifters..So fire away guys...
  22. Sort of... I add my crawfish to the strainer basket and set off to the side... Once my water reaches full boil I drop them in cover the lid and drink two beers... Shut the fire off and add a 20# bag of ice and let soak for say three or four more beers... Throw them in the cooler and sprinkle with some crawfish boil... The Ice cools the water off enough that the crawfish quit cooking and just start soaking up the flavor...so for a sack of crawfish you need roughly 6 beers lol.. Hell yea I will... What LVD BTW? 23. There pretty simple to cook. And I've seen a few sites that will ship them overnight... I actually tried to find some today but everyone was sold out. It's sorta like a national past time around these parts.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
