I guess you could talk to the dmv and see if they can give you contact information or atleast some names on the previous owners. You then might be able to talk to a previous owner and they might have the COA or remember the number somehow.

I drove beside you around 7:30, black ss that has been painted, orange from the door handle and up. matte black rims, billet grille inserts. Looks like alot of mods i would bet you are on here hope to hear from ya soon. This was on broadway heading north. Mine is black with led tailgate strip, cowl hood, hard box cover, rectangular exhaust tips.

There are plenty more members from ND. If you just search north dakota you will find them. We are actually a fairly populated state, we are just quiet and like it that way. I know 2 other members that live within 15 miles of me that have a real SSS.

I got a carfax for my 2003 SSS. It was actually very detailed, i got alot of maintenance records and records dating back to the day it was purchased at the dealer. Also let me know that it is accident free and then i know that i am the 5th owner at 81k miles.
