  1. Install depends on your skill level. I had 2 broken bolts to extract, and didn't cut any pipes if I wanted to de-mod in the future. It took me about 4-5 hours taking my time. The dynatech's fit very nice and go in easily from the bottom. They come with great instructions if you need them
  2. Here is a link when I did my truck- it's a Corsa cat back though. It's surprising the difference in revving after installing the headers. https://youtu.be/Z3YS2Qr_EPI
  3. How is this setup still working? Replacing mine now- can't stand the leaks on the garage floor any longer
  4. Yeah its welded on the tailpipe. From GM you'd have to buy the entire cat-back as a welded assembly- if its even available- Seen them for sale tips only from guys who cut them off
  5. Yeup 65e- same parts. I got the vette servo from Oregon transmission. Just recently did the shift kit- Transgo hd2, bought it on amazon for about 85.00. All can be done in the truck.
  6. Well thats encouraging- I will probably do it. The dynatech's estimate about 25 Hp,15 ft-lbs with headers. That sounds like a pretty good bump from stock. These trucks should have had a little more power from factory considering their weight and size. Thanks for the input guys!
  7. I know this is probably beat to death. What I have- 03- CAI, corsa sport cat back- and I am looking at putting on dynatech long tubes w/ catted mid pipes. I am concerned with the loudness with headers, and sounding like a drag truck. My wife will finally ride in it again without being mad its too loud, and I want to retain the quiet ride under normal driving. I know others have run this setup, so I was wondering what to expect? Does the corsa keep it tamed with headers? Or should I forget about it? BTW It is going to be tuned soon as I am doing a E-fan swap
  8. Were people using the catted, or cat- less mid pipes to hook up to the rest of the factory system, or corsa system?
  9. Did you ever buy the dynatech headers? We are starting to sell them and I was curious as to the fit of them. They also show a bolt up "y" even though these do have y pipes, but they connect up to the factory cat back exhaust
  10. idahoBLKss, can you PM me? I'd like to get a set of decals for my calipers
  11. Looking for a DS door panel for the 03, dark charcoal w/ heated seats. Or a pair of panels for 04-06.
  12. Jasper here! Between evansville and Louisville
  13. I'm a new member but been lurking for a while. I just picked up my 03 from Louisville back in April. Welcome from down the road!
  14. Probably the front diff. It's a well known issue on these. Try changing the fluid on it and see if that helps. Check the magnet on the drain plug for metal. They tend to eat the carrier bearings on these AWD's
