I have two blue 2003 SS's. One I bought from my grandpa when he couldn't drive anymore. He bought it new when he was 77. It bad 50,000 Miles and is in great condition. Stock plus s hard tonneau cover painted to match. Grandpa was meticulous with care. Paved roads only. I live 20 miles into the country on a dirt road though... My country truck, a 2004 Avalanche developed problems and found the perfect country version of my baby. I now haz two baby! Lol. I'd love to share a photo... But 400KB? I downloaded a photo compressor and still can't get my phone photos that low. What do I do?

I am buying my Grandpa's 2003 SS on the condition that his ashes be driven to the cemetery in it when he dies. He is not currently facing a terminal illness, but is an aging World War II vet, (you may have seen him on the Veteran's Honor Flight to Washington D.C. when the group made national news for taking down barriers and barricades during the shutdown, I'm so proud if him!) I have had my eye on the Lingenfelter TVS1900 Supercharger package since we started talking about him selling it a few years ago. I guess I cam here to see what people think of that and what else I should do to increase performance. I would like him to know how important he and the truck are to me and what better way to show him than increased Horsepower! I am not loaded by any means and am paying cash for the truck, but I have a decent job and I should be able to install the Lingenfelter by Spring (don't feel like driving it to Indiana until then anyway.) I will be browsing forums old and new but does anybody have a link to a good forum possibly with a list of potential upgrades in order of importance or budget allowance that could help me try to figure out what all I want to do?
