can the cam bearings be done without pulling the motor?
-
thanks guys it had a crappy filter I changed it to a K&N filter before oil pump was changed, didn't help truck has 83,000 miles anybody have a spun bearing at about this mileage, just doesn't seem right, could it just have a block (sludge)in one of the lines. there was no warning signs went to store pulled out on to the road low oil came up on display and started ticking. I was probably going 10 mph. Its probably because my wife was in the truck for some reason my vehicles don't like her lol

had the oil pump changed at the dealer but didn't solve the problem has 5-10 lbs. of pressure still has lifter tick. Now their saying may be a cracked head (I've never seen this happen with a cracked head) Stump and aggravated to say the least

Hey guys new here. Got my 2005 6.0 SS about 2 months ago. Its been running great, yesterday ran to the corner store, when I pulled on to main road started hear loud lifter noise and low oil pressure came up on display gauge said about 10 lbs, oil changed 1,000 miles ago oil level is good. Anyone else have anything like this happen.
