Which O2 sensor is bank 1? Is that driver side before the cat? Should I pull it out and clean it?

As the title states, my truck is throwing this code and it says "catalyst sys efficiency threshold (bank 1)". Is this a O2 sensor and if so where is it located? Is there not four sensors on our trucks? My truck is also throwing code P0101 and I have a MAF sensor coming in.

Earlier I saw two SSS in the parking lot of the post office on the corner of College and Bennington in Baton Rouge. This is my first sighting in BR and it's pretty amazing to see two parked near each other in a small parking lot. One was black and the other arrival blue, both looked clean. I wonder what this is all about.

I wonder if it's really supercharged or if the guy just doesn't know what he has. You would think he would have some engine pics. There's a really terrible flame thingy on his tailgate so probably not.

I've been looking at Banks and I think that's what I'm going to settle with. I called them and they told me to get pn 48338. How did the one you got fit? Did it bolt right up?
