  1. you dont need to have them milled in order to fit if thats what youre asking bro, but you could get them milled to boost up your compression. The most I would go is .030".
  2. Its a nice cam choice, but i would go with the same cam that has the .581/.581 duration on it
  3. yea something definitely isnt right. Im cammed and stalled and i smoked an 07gt by about 4 lengths from a dig and by about 2.5 from a roll. check your tune and get you a stall as mentioned above, bro.
  4. I would suggest looking to see if you can find a set of 243's off an ls6 which would give you a drop of 6cc's in the combustion chambers compared to your stock 71cc. Ok, but just so you know, even a 3200 stall is very driver friendly, which is what im running in my daily driver sss.
  5. correct, 317's would be your stock heads, and it would depend on what the 243's came off of, but either way, they would be an upgrade and a boost in compression which is a good thing. What are the 243's off of? Is there a specific reason why youve chosen that specific cam??
  6. Yea I was talking about the cold air. Apparently my cold air intake has my ait's up above even stock numbers, lol.
  7. Im still running the stock intake manifold for the time being. Im in desperate need for injectors because i just did a heads, cam, stall, and other mods install over the week, and am currently facing some tuning issues due to my injectors being at 115%, lol. That works man, hit me back up with a price and we'll go from there.

  9. quick question...what did the 243's come off of? Also, what injectors did you end up going with? Im asking because depending on what the heads came off of, you might consider getting them milled, which isnt expensive at all, and would give you a boost in CR.

  18. I also have the 70-2265. I would say theyre not going to fit, but I could be wrong. You can always sell them and think of the money as a discount for your new correct set, ha.

  20. I am a couple of weeks away from doing my cam install in my 03 awd sss, and I am looking into going ahead and doing a head swap while im there. I currently have longtubes, a catless exhaust setup, and cold air. I am going with a large tranny cooler, vette servo, 3200 circle D stall, and a comp cam 224/224 .581 .581 112 lsa. Oh, and a custom tune of course. My options so far include a stock set of 243's, a set of ported and polished 317's, or a set of cnc stage 3 set of 243's from livernois. I know the l92's are quite popular, but i was looking to go cathedral. Any help or your own opinions would be incredibly helpful
