I need shift solenoids for the truck, specifically shift solenoid A 1-2 shift. Is everything the same for the 60e and the 65e as far as the solenoids. I'm looking to order off of rockauto or a local parts store, but just want to make sure so it is one and done. Any info appreciated. Paul

With the engine cool, take some soapy water and soak all around the flange to head area of the header. I'm still convinced that you will have an exhaust leak.

Make sure that the flange is not leaking. Will sound just like a valve tick.

14.8 at 91 and a drop in K&N and a knock off magnaflow x flow. I think the stripes helped Oh and almost 140k on it. Lol

Yep been there done that already. I got my back housing from rockauto. I think it cost me 150 shipped. Had no fitment issues at all and all was well. Sadly I have to tear the case apart again for a chain and a broken bearing... it is under drivetrain.

Would upload a pic of my setup, but it is telling me upload to big. I have an xcelerator muffler ( same as a magnaflow X flow but a 1/3 the cost and stainless steel at that) with tips dumped right before the axle with flare tips.

Dump it before the axle. I'm not a fan of exhaust pipes or tips hanging out though. I think they break up the body lines of vehicles unless there is a cutout for it.
