    Next step ?

Pacesetter also sells a 1 7/8" primary which is big enough for pretty much most builds. Also dynatech I think is not as expensive as arh
  2. e85 requires 30% more fuel. I run deka 80's with pump 93 and at 8-9 psi im at 70% iirc. so you will be looking at getting something similar or a little larger to start

Well if been having a ton of little issues. First two step was cutting power all the time. Figured out a pin had pulled out. Then I was having some issues with plug wires blowing off. Figured out heat was earning them and pushing them off. Fixed that. Finally start to tune her and the trans takes a dump. I swap in another 80 and got her going. Go to the track last night. Traction is still a struggle. Leaving at 4psi on the gate 8psi spring she rolls out but trans started to slip on me. The thing boogies but needs a built trans very badly along with some Adjustable shocks and maybe even some weight outback. I'll get back to working out the bugs and keep everyone updated.
  4. Haha man I sent a pm at like noon. Bet he is swamped
  5. shoot me a pm. we can get you rolling and tuned all in a weekend
  6. where in VA? We could help you out down here in NC. We do a lot of work in the area here.
  7. ended up figuring this out on our own. Basically if your truck is not 3 bar compatible, then what needs to happen is you need to search the repository for a same year truck and see if theirs is compatible. Basically we found a 2006 Silverado ss that was 3 bar compatible and just did a write entire. The computer accepted it and we are tuning into boost now.
  8. -6 lines all the way. Bypass the radiator, that things just asking for trouble if it's still going threw it.
  9. My brackets are a little Crooked, but the picture makes it look worse. A little black paint and you won't see them. If you want more just let me know...
  10. I have the 4" in mine. I'm just not a huge fan of those coolers. I feel the bar and plate design is more beneficial.

I'll keep it in mind. But do most of my own stunts .... Appreciate the offer tho
  12. use the 40k and make some backets to mount it in the lower grill. I know the struggle with the big IC. hell I had to cut a little off the bumper cover to fit mine the way I wanted. If you interested, I can get you a pic.
  13. was it really hot out? DA? those all factor in, but its possible she could be getting tired. Really wouldn't know without a leak down test. But i bet it was just really hot out

its going to go under the bed on the PS side inside the frame rail. I already ran the cable and have the box im going to use. Just have to got some steel to weld up a bracket. Once you move the battery out of the engine compartment, you are required to add a push/pull on off switch, so ill have that sticking threw the roll pan on that side as well. Plans are to eventually put a fuel cell out back, and cut out every factory crossmember (cab back) and put in chromoly crossmembers, along with ladder bars. But I want to get it running and driving this summer and fix all the imperfections in the paint. I know that now I will have enough power, and I can work on the suspension. Go coil overs up front along with possibly swapping to some g-body spindles and lightweight brakes, swap to some 5 lug wheels, and ladders bars with possible lightweight discs outback as well. It never ends, but I know as it sits it such break some hearts.... On a higher not, I removed the 4l60 today and transfered everything to the 80. Also re-wired my gauges and the interior is complete! All the body panels are back on as well. See how far I get tomorrow, I should be firing her up soon.
  15. Just throw some nitrous at it's d let her chew
  16. I really want the exact one in that picture. Just trying to get my monies right. (Family vaca to Disney) and all is hindering my extra dough ....

Got some more accomplished, no pictures as it isn't too exciting. But I ran a power wire from the back of the bed to the starter for the relocated battery. Also installed a new starter since the little stud snapped off when I removed it last time. Finished wiring under the hood completely. And put most of my dash back together. Still want to re wire my gauges to finish up the dash. It's almost time to install the 80e and see if it works.
  18. The main thing with the harness/ pump deal is making sure you get the correct plug end. I didn't, and ended up having to re pin and switch a roo the plugs. But it worked out and is plug and play.
  19. More like the u joint inside is worn or broken (inside the boot)
  20. What psi is this at right now? Go get some times I'm curious how it'll do. Is this the 76 or 78mm?

Oh it was john... But I made some more progress: It was sort of a pain to make. Trim, tack, cut, weld. Again and again. Damn hole saw bit wandered on my fender too. It's alright tho, a lot is getting repainted from idiots backing into me. Needs a tiny bit of massaging when the fender comes off for paint. But I'm happy the way it turned out. Need to tidy up some wires underneath then the crossover can go on and stay.
