I also have aftermarket headlights/bumper lights and put the silicone around the edge. What I also did was put a thicker rubber ring where the lights go in. I haven't had any issues condensation.

I have a viper alarm/remote in mine, when I tried to program my garage door opener to the buttons in the truck, the viper remote wouldn't work for some reason. Without starting it, click the key on and back off 5 times in a row. Not sure why, but it got it working for me again..

I'm going to ship mine as soon as I get home. I'm drilling in northern Alberta and will be back on the 21st. All the pictures I've seen of his work look great, I'm just trying to figure out what colour to go with. Has anyone done the white LEDs with blue needles that maybe could post a pic?

I put the Bak Roll X on mine. Very easy to roll open and close, made of aluminum, with locking side rails and still a very low profile. Might not be for everyone, but works great for my needs.

Looked at getting that alternator, they wanted over $750 shipped to canada..

I'm glad you guys like them, my friends tell me I'm obsessed with my SS, and maybe I am, but I do love the truck! Cmoney23, I too have been golfing since I was 12-13 years old, loved it from the first swing. Played on my high school team, nothing to serious, and that was 10+ years ago.. This summer I got my handicap down to about 4, even shot par and 1 under par.. We just had a baby girl on sept 22, so I know that my golfing days will start to diminish. That's awesome that you got your boy into golf! As far as where I got them made, really simple, eBay.. Search custom ball marker, buy how ever many you please, email the picture, wait for the package to arrive..

I'm a big golfer and try to get out as much as I can, although I only get about months of good weather here.(Calgary) I got these made a few weeks ago.. Gotta represent the SS, even when golfing.. What do you guys think?
