Your AWD just.... Blew up? Out of no where?... Wtf? Never heard of such a thing.

So you're taking out the big reservoir and installing the small one? How much you want for the aluminum icebox?
-
Or leave that big cooler as an aftercooler and remount the Maggie cooler before the blower. Haha. Have a cooler before and after the blower. That pump can handle it. OR... Sell the big cooler and buy a Killer chiller system for the Maggie cooler. I've seen IATs be 20 degrees BELOW ambient with those things....

Goddamn dude!!! That was a lot of work and $$$ just to take it back off... Hmm... If you are concerned that the fluid is moving around a lot, and spending a lot of time heat soaking in the reservoir, try going from reservoir to pump to cooler to blower and back to reservoir. That way you're cooling the fluid before it even reaches the blower. See if the IAT pid drops any routing it that way. I hate to see you take all that shit off. And, I highly doubt magnuson's **** pump and little cooler is more efficient than that huge cooler and massive push fans.... Not to mention the increased fluid capacity of the tank and volume from the pump. You should be pulling a lot of heat away from that blower... Unless you're moving fluid through the cooler too quickly with that crazy pump. Like the fluid isn't staying in the cooler long enough to fully cool off before reaching the blower. If the fluid moves too quickly, you'll get the same results as if the fluid isn't moving at all... Just a few things to check before tearing it all off..

You could probably put another 1/2 gallon of coolant in that tank yet. Looks good! How are IATs now?

Electrical help. Hit brakes and front turn signals light up.

Well, i believe the flasher relay and the LCM are 2 different pieces... See if you can figure something else out, but without being able to run any tests myself, that'd be my guess -
Electrical help. Hit brakes and front turn signals light up.

I dealt with something like this last week. It was an 07 (I think) Avalanche. The left trailer brake didn't work, but everything else did. The left trailer brake used the same exact circuit and fuse as the left trailer turn signal, which worked fine. After studying the wiring diagram, I found a 10pin module that plugs into the back of the fuse box that's just inside the drivers side dash panel. Remove the lower panel below the steering wheel. Then there's a brace I also had to remove that shrouds the steering column. Then just to the left, there is a black rectangle (like I giant relay) that plugs into the fuse box. This relay interprets driver input, then provides output voltage to the proper circuit. So when you demand left turn, it'll pulse voltage down left brake circuit. That's why my left brake light didn't work, but left turn did... If that makes sense. Replace this "LCM" and you should be golden. Come to find out It's a common problem and a fairly inexpensive piece... This is my .02 of advice.. I can try to track down the part number if it helps. -
So, are you plumbing the new cooler before or after the supercharger?

What the heck.... Okay! Well that solves that!

Intimidator SS Spoiler installation sheet!!!
MID12sSSS replied to 70chevy03ss's topic in For Sale/ Wanted
These are nice to have. I've got an original laying around as well. Should probably pass it off since I'll never get an ISS spoiler... It's a nice stencil for mounting the brackets in the perfect spot. -
Good shit... Oh, I called your boss and ratted you out Nah.. You'll get a lot done having the whole day to button things up. Nice work!

You didn't have a P0420 code? I figured you'd have a catalyst efficiency code w/ clogged cats... But atleast you figured it out!

It's never finished!!!! There's always more to do! As for MPG, that's the kicker with ethanol fuels. You need big pumps and big injectors, because you burn twice as much fuel! I'm sure he'll get it up there around 9-10mpg, but premium gas will be your best been when driving it as a DD. Then use the ethanol as a race fuel for the octane boost. You'll burn lots more ethanol compared to gas.

Makes a huge difference! Appearance is much improved.

I'll send Chase an email. I bought a pair of the decals last summer. He should have a few more. -
Haha nice. Thanks for the tip!

Pretty dumb how annoying it's been trying to find good quality 20g wire to extend my existing harness so I can clean up/hide some of the wiring under the hood... Figured, best match I can get is just to get another harness, and take the length wire I need. That way it's the same GM wire, same exact color/tracer etc.. If anyone's got a spare/junkyard harness, let me know what you want for it. Doesn't have to be immaculate, as I'm going to cut it up anyway. Let me know. Thanks Also, if someone has the trim for the fuse box, I'd like to replace mine. I have the lid, just need the side cover piece. When I had the 112 Maggie installed, i mounted the reservoir to the side, so it's got holes in it. Thanks

Reserved a trailer? Like an enclosed to tow it to the track?

I'll have to try Fairbanks Wire Co. next week.
