  1. Message me. I have that piece I can send you pics of. The upper corner was bent back a couple times when the double sided tape let go but i used a heat gun to straighten it up and use it. I'll send you pics of it installed and off.
  2. I'm not huge into the audio stuff but I want it to sound nice. I actually enjoyed the factory sound and didn't know the cone was torn until I took the door panel off to re-tint. So ideally yes I would like to get the best option for me since all those sets are within $10 of each other. I do plan on using sound deadener and sealing the door holes for better sound. I also will be putting ensolite down.
  3. I've read good things about the infinities online. Just figured for the few buck more is it worth it to put a midwoofer back in instead of a 3 way coaxial.
  4. I have done a lot of research and still can not decide what speakers to purchase. I know the factory Bose speakers are 2 ohm midwoofers so I have narrowed it down to 4 choices. Just need some of you guys help that know more about this than me. First off let me say all I plan on doing is replacing the front speakers for now, rear will be at a later time, and use the factory amp for everything. I do already have an 8" sub in a sealed box and aftermarket headunit. Anyway these are the 4 set of front speakers I am between. 5. This may be a dumb question but I have a Pioneer avic x940bt that I will be installing in my 03 SS. Right now I have Sirius on my factory radio and want to transfer service over to the new double din going in. What interface/module do I need? I search around Google and get answers but the pieces are different and the price varies from like 30-200 so I have no idea what to go for? Last time I hooked one up it just had a hole in the back where you plugged in an antenna and called to activate the service.
  6. Just as the title says I am looking to purchase a front passenger door cladding. I prefer black but with the availability of these things I am willing to go for any color. Let me know if you have anything!
  7. LOL I never got replies so I let this die. Anyway here is what I did. Looks like crap but it is better than having those lines kinked on the firewall.
  8. All I need is the 45* boot for the coil side of a spark plug wire. Any LS wire should work so if you have a junk one sitting around let me know! Would buy a single one but cant seem to locate any at the parts store or ebay.
  9. Here are installed pics of the 79614. Not a single wire is close to any of the primaries and they are about an inch shorter to keep from bowing out as much. Nice firm click install and they look better than the Borg Warner ones with the ceramic boots!
  10. For anyone curious I did go ahead and buy the 79614 wires because they have the curved boot as opposed to the straight. Figure it will keep the wires off the header a little more. I'll be sure to get pics so you all can see.
  11. My passenger side fit fine, the driver side want to hit on the middle 2 primaries so I want to get rid of these parts store wires with long straight boots and use MSD again or go over to Taylor that everyone here brags about. But like I said I don't know which boot everyone is using. Plus the 10.4 wires probably look amazing with how big they are! Just want to get the correct ones the first time.
  12. Everyone here hypes up the Taylor 409 wires for use with headers. Which ones are you using? I have seen 2 types, 1 with straight spark plug boots and the other with 45* spark plug boots. I just pulled off my MSD's which gave me no trouble and are now on my brother in laws silverado. Just looking for something different that will not burn up on my headers. These are the 2 I am seeing. http://www.amazon.com/Taylor-Cable-79205-Pro-Race-Spiro-Wound/dp/B000CQ01CY http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ER0RIAE/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_dp_ss_3?pf_rd_p=1944687702&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B000CQ01CY&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=1H1NVSZT74X4S38Q25SZ
  13. Just did the swap and don't like how my factory fuel lines are almost kinked against the firewall with how far back the Corvette fuel filter sits. What have you guys done to remedy this? Besides going with an external regulator and stainless lines. I figure maybe they make a 90* extension that is male on one end and female on the other (both quick connect) to maybe just snap in and get the pressure off the lines. Either that or cut the line coming off the TBSS fuel rail so it is shorter and re-flare it?
