http://www.stylintrucks.com/parts/high-4_headlight_conversion_kit/1104000020_132.aspx Look I have been killing myself on this forum trying to find out how to do the 4 Hi Head lights on my truck - THE RIGHT WAY -. Im not saying that you all are doing it the wrong way. I just dont want to hok up the diode and than find out a week or a year down the road the the diode failed and I have to do it again. Here is the 4 Hi kit from stylin trucks, plug-n-play comes with everything you need. Hope this works, and remember you get what you pay for.

I am going to do the 4 Hi with the diode. I need to know what ohm the 1/4 watt diode needs to be. Doesn't anyone know?

I was asked when I went to get the diode for the 4 Hi "What ohm do I need, diode?"
-
OK another question. trying to do the Hi/Lo Mod with the diode, just got back from Radio Shak cause the lady said I needed to know what Ohm diode I needed. I got the info for the 1/4 watt diode from the guy here in the forum but what ohm diode do I need? Also DRL on all the time seems like something to do but I am wanting to install LED Switch Backs for my DRL/Turn signals in the bumper lights. My first thing right now is the 4 Hi Mod. Please tell me what Ohm 1/4 watt diode I need. Thank you so much.

Yep, I took a picture of it. Its funny they didn't put a number of any kind on their so called "Special Edition Trucks" THis is B.S.!!!

That sticker means nothing. I have the same one with the exact same number. DEI doesn't know anything about the trucks other than they approved GM to make them as long as DEI got their money for the Dale stuff added. The dealerships are idiots don't have a clue, some people didn't even know what a Intimidator Silverado was. I've got the Certificate coming. The Cert.'s don't tell you the Production Number / Code though. You have to call GM give your VIN# and find out the Auto Plant in which is was built. There you will find what number it was when it rolled off the assembly line.

Certificate Of Authenticity Dei Silverado

I'm still looking bro. My Uncle works for GM in Michigan, he's going to help me find the Production Number / Code. I have also called Canada where my truck was built, that Plant is closed but I found a guy that may be able to help. Unfortunately you can get the cert. from Gm but you may have to contact the factory that built your truck. This is starting to seem like the "more involved" task. What I mean is that you will have to do some digging to find the production number but the cert was easy.
