Got my truck back the other day finally. Now whe stops!

No. I took it to the dealership. Instead of the recall gm came out with what they say is an inexpensive brake line kit installed for $500. Lol

Guess I worded that wrong. No she's just there getting all new brake lines. She's is still in my possession and may be for a longtime.

finally mounted my flush mount bed cover! Ill get some pics up when i get a chance.

Yeah it about to come down though. Got this new bed cover on and bout to put 22" reps back on so I fell in love with her again. I had a vette I was wanting so that was reason for trying to sell real quick. Vetted are a dime a dozen though

Solid snow and ice yeaterday and today. I had almost forgotten how great the AWD goes in this stuff!

truck just got dropped off for her allignment. $85 cause a 22" wheel takes a bigger machine. LOL

Wow!really man. This shop was rereferred to be by a mechanic I go to said he was best in the buisness, this shop said they don't even use a Machine. They use a lighting system that shoots a beam of light and shadows somehow to get her lined up. I can feel in the wheel it's more stable.

Had inner tie rod replaced before alignment can be done and now she goes straight down the road. do I really need an alignment.

Around me a front end only is $100 cause they consider it a custom line up.

So, my idler arm, pitman arm and bracket have already been done. Shocks and rear sway bar is waiting in the garage. About to order new front/rear bushings, ball joints, tie-rods and front sway bushings and end links... Am I missing anything to make this truck drive like new again???

How easy is the pitman and idler arm? Or did you have it installed?

Wife saw my old SS yesterday. Damn kid removed my smoke tails. He acted like he wanted them so bad, i was trying to trade him for the stock ones, but he said no I love the smked tails, then next thing you know he has ugly ass Euro tails on it.

Haven't washed the underneath of the SS for few weeks, today the snow was so packed it was rubbing on the rear tires, so after 2 & half hrs with truck in the air .pressure washing the underneath all the cladding gaps and rear of the truck is completely icey sand and salt free. that was the longest wash it's had feels so clean

I been running mine threw the auto wash, but i need to power wash underneath soon.
