  1. Looking to see if anyone has a 3000 stall converter for sale? New or good used. Going to be pulling the trans in a few weeks while I do a cam and go through trans. Have a new sonnax input drum to put in and want to do a converter the same time. Text at (716)680-2651 if I don't respond on here
  2. I'm interested in it. Just put a Magnuson mp122 on my awd SS and a set of ls6 springs, looking to try this cam after I go through the trans quick. $250 to ship to Dunkirk NY 14048? Best bet is to call or text me (716)680-2651
  3. you guys wanna see a good one, check this one out...... http://oneonta.craigslist.org/ctd/2282074722.html
  4. yeah, trust me, i agree with 8hnpss, they handle good and stop good and are comfortable. thats it. when we got one at work i took it out for a "test drive" for the pdi. i wasn't all that impressed and not too happy when ppl at work compare the two
  5. hey, i'm wondering if there is a thicker sway bar avalible for the ss in the front and if anyone knows of a kit for the rear?
  6. are they a reliable unit? do you tow anything with yours by any chance and how do ya like the 3k stall on the street? launch good?
  7. well i wanna start off by saying hi to everyone, 1st time ss owner, 3rd overall and of course love it. but i see everyone having stalls from 2800 up. i'm looking to be able to have a bit of fun with the truck but still be able to pull my buick gn to the track. i don't wanna use my gutless 98 silverado for it, and besides it'd be a bit more comfortable. what would be a good choice for a stock engine? i work at a gm dealer as the trans tech so if i have a failure i'm not worried, but rather not have to tear one down because of a converter. would a 2800-3000, 11 inch lockup be a good choice? let me know what you guys think. thanks!!
