Shop? Try all the above mentioned methods first before you give the truck to them. More than likely it's a simple prob and you can fix it yourself. If it is a more complicated issue that you can't fix/don't have tools for/no time etc then take it in. Since you didn't drive it in awhile, sounds like you don't need truck fixed ASAP. Just my .02. The couple times I took my truck in (no time, needed truck) they turned out to be simple probs I could've fixed myself. It's not always the case but it's worth trying to fix it yourself. Just trying to help you save some of your hard earned money. Good luck

Quit procrastinating!! Lol. Just cuz it's winter doesn't mean the roads are covered in snow the entire season. There are times when the roads are clean and clear. That way you can take it out on its "road trials" and get all the bugs worked out, so that come spring time, you can enjoy it without worry or more downtime.

Check engine light, dusty dash (impeccable condition, ad says) 42k miles means prob means stock tires on last legs, brakes, all the usual stuff that starts wearing out around those miles. Looks nice but I don't think it's worth $24k....

I don't think titanium rusts... If you have cheap lug nuts(like me) you know they rust up eventually

I need the part number for the gas cap. 2005 SSS. I tried search on this site and it absolutely sucks. Brings up nothing relevant. Brings up topics that include GASkets etc. All of the online auto parts sites I tried bring up a TON of caps! They look the same but all have different part numbers. Im out of country at the moment so I cant run into town. If you got the number thanks!!
