  1. HAHA ok well stupid me! i got the seats to work like i said before. but couldnt get the butt warmers to work. i thought it was just something i was gunna have to tear down. then i am off to work one day. and my wife calls and tells me she figured it out. STUPID i hadnt pushed the right button. i was pushing the button for just the back. HAHA thanks all for the help!
  2. ooohh k. looked under the driver seat. (finally had some free time) and there was a green connector that was unplugged. i thought no way could it be that easy. and yep i was right. BUT iam one step closer. they turn on and light up on both passenger and driver sides. butttt only the backs work. no butt warmers. so i guess i am with KAC1023 on this one. so i suppose i will be rippin the seats apart to look at the elements! thanks for the help fellas! any other idears would be very helpful.
  3. soo anyy suggestions? it lights up then the lights in the switch turn off. so idk iam all confused!!
  4. the switch themselves have power. when i push the button every light in the switch lights up and then goes off. and i also hear clicking in the dash somewhere when the button is pushed, thats gotta be the control module. my buddy is commin over today. we will dig into it and maybe take the seats out. lol. my one question. is the control box supposed to click when activated. LMAO
  5. Hey fellas, first post about the new truck . When i bought the truck the seller informed me that the heated seats diddnt work. ok..well the switch on the doors has 12V. and lights up and blinks. there is interior work done to it and the seats had to be removed in the process. everything power on the seats works except the heat. does the heated seats run on a different wire loom, and was maybe not plugged in when he reinstalled the seats. or could it be the seats themselves that are bad? or could it be a relay/fuse? i havent dug into it to look at anything. figured i would start with the forum and get some help. thanks for any input!
