Hi, A few days ago I noticed when braking, below 5mph the brake pedal vibrates and makes a terrible noise. Any braking over about 5mph is fine. Also, my ABS light is on. My code reader said front driver side speed sensor. I replaced this and reset the computer and the issue is still here. Any suggestions?

I went from a 2009 Denali to my current 2003 AWD SS about 6 months ago. The silverado SS seems slower. It seems like about a 17 sec truck. Is there something wrong? There is a MAF installed by the previous owner as well as a K&N filter. These should only help the truck. Somebody help.

I tried 2 different headlight polish kits and nothing. The top two are fine but the bottom two lenses are very yellow. Where can I buy new headlights for a decent price?

Hi, I just bought an awd SS a few weeks ago. Whenever I shift into reverse it hesitates for a second or two. It has 76,000 miles. Is there anything I should do or worry about?

I have a Ram Jet intake manifold off my airboat (chevy 502). By any chance would this fit our trucks? How much would it help?

Well guys, I sold my Sierra Denali because I was tired of the payments and Im trying to build a house, so I went out and paid cash of an 2003 SS with 73,000 miles. It is in great condition, I got a heck of a deal on it and only had to travel about 100 miles. I wanted a truck without a payment and I got this truck for just a little more than a comparable regular silverado would cost. I love this truck! Anything I should know? Im sure there is a ton of info on this site. Thanks!

Hi guys, Just told my truck today so now I am officially in the market for a Silverado SS. I want the AWD so I am looking for a 2003-2004 in either black or blue. I need the mileage to be under 75,000 miles. The closer to FL the better but would be willing to travel! Let me know if there is anything!

So is the digit A/C an option or is it specific to a certain year? No heated seat option?

I am currently in the market for a AWD SS. I am just trying to get an idea of what the options are for these trucks between 2003-2004. I noticed in the pictures some of the A/C controls are digital. Anything else? PS, I did a search for this but did not come up with anything.

I guess a better question would be what member has the highest mileage truck? Who has the highest mileage with the original tranny and engine?

The more I look at this site the more excited I am becoming! What are the common propblems with these trucks? Is there anything worth modding besides a supercharger?
