http://m.summitracing.com/parts/JBA-1850S-3 Will those bolt to the factory exhaust of an 05 SSS? If not, I'm looking for a stainless steel pair with 2 1/2 in. collectors that work with EGR and all the. OEM sensors. It still has to pass Texas emissions. Also looking for high flow cats that I can install in place of the stock ones. Thanks

Thank you all for responding so quickly. All the advice makes it much simpler to narrow down the best set up for what I'm looking for -
Is A New Front Anti-Sway Bar Worth Buying?
irishmauler replied to irishmauler's topic in Suspension & Brakes
I am. Tried to send you a PM but it says you can't receive any more. -
There's nothing wrong with my stock sway bar. However, I'm curious if it's worth replacing it with an after-market one.

Will these headers fit to an SS?
-
Installing Dynatech headers on my 05 SSS later this week. Aside from coating the headers themselves, what other options do I have so I don't bake everything in the engine compartment?
-
I went outside just an hour ago to get some later dinner and my lights start acting up. When the lights are on, if I step on the brake, both turn signal indicators illuminate half-way, and the signal lamps in both mirrors illuminate brightly. With the lights off, if I step on the brake, both turn signal indicators illuminate a quarter of the way. Mirror signal lamps do not illuminate. ONLY when the lights are on, if I use either turn signal, the stop light over the bed, the turn signals in the back and the license plate lights all flash in strange groupings. The condition is not present in the headlights, front turn signals and parking lamps, or day-time running lamps. I don't have the tools or manuals with me to diagnose it properly so I'm gonna take it into the dealership tomorrow. Any insights are welcome. I'd rather not have to pay GM to fix it.

Awesome, thanks. I can set the fans to come on sooner with my Falshpaq from superchips, but By keeping the ECT down to 190ish am I promoting other issues? GM had to have set the temps that high for a reason, right?
-
Exactly what temp. Are the stock e-fans on an '05 SSS supposed to come on? At idle, in park, A/C off, temp got as high as 226F before the fans came on low. My gut says that's wrong, but if anyone has the info on the stock perimeters, that would be awesome.
-
I'd like info on these fans, http://www.SilveradoSS.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=44065&view=findpost&p=512133 for example how to purchase them. I'd PM Mr. P but for reasons unknown to me I can't even go to my own profile page let alone anyone else's ;) Thanks.

Just what I needed, thanks.

I own an '04 Silverado SS. Bought a shift kit and related crap for my transmission. I just need a place in or around North Hills California to have it installed.

Shift Kit Installed ..What A Difference

I found everything else on the web except those two. What are they exactly? -
Greets. Chevy is awesome.
