Any one going out to the gruge races tomorrow nite? it stats at 7 and ends at 11ish. it should be pretty fun and alot of fast trucks.

it depends on which intake you get, if you get the tbss/ssr intake you need to get a wiring harness for the 90mm throttle body and then its pretty much a bolt on. if you do the car intake there is alot involved

finally drove mine last nite, with the 2" drop shackels and streets on all 4 corners it handles pretty darn good but i figured it would be alot stiffer. i actually wish they were alot stiffer but they will do for now.

welcome to the his/her club. best thing i found was just wash them and wax them. not much else will make them shine any better. and brake dust will come off easier

yeah I am sure. this will probably be the last lightning fest and there will be some of the fastest trucks in the country there.

my f250 was done the same way a few months ago. but they got alot more stuff. i had been planning on buying jimmy jammers for a couple of years now but i always forget and never do. it might have saved me but i dont know for sure. well i just made my order for them

I would not drive it until you have a new tune on it for the pulley.

well i have alltel which just got bought out by verizon. I have cell reception just about everywhere i go. I also have a att wireless air card and a nextel that bairly has service and if they were not company paid for i would throw them out in the river.

havn't drove it yet. putting on shackles and the rears tonite. but from the looks of it they are larger than the stockers

yeah i have a buddy that swapped out his nitros for the streets on his lowered z71 and he said they were night and day difference

good wright up, so how does it handle compaired to stock? my streets just came in yesterday and i am going to put them on tonite.

it depends on the style of rocker. if your talking about the stock rockers on the sss then there is no adjustment just tq them down.

Ok guys I know there are alot of SSS members in texas and around there. I am planning on coming down and brining my SSS. It should be great temps to run and is a great track. BTW Thunder550 is a trust wothy guy and is a good guy. just down turn your back on him and bend over in front of him

Have you looked at the new Magnacharger TVS1900? They are suppose to produce alot better numbers than the old 112 blower and more efficiant.

mine said the gold bowties had to go i had to buy the graficsworks black bowties for the center caps and a shopman ss grill emblem, and remove the gold emblem off the badk to where its chrome. then she was happy. Im not allowed to do anything to the motor other than change the oil. I did get to tune it some though
