  1. I like my '09 Crew. Cloth seats SUCK!!

Miss the VHO HP though. Get through those highway on-ramps in not as fun. My new truck dosen't have the BOSE system either- HUGE difference. The new 6-spd auto ROCKS!! As well as the interior space & smooth/quiet ride too in my NBS.

  2. Wow, absolutly breath-taking! I still haven't been there, but it's on the list of parks to see. You take great pictures! Thanks for sharing! I'm sure I'll be day-dreaming about it for the rest of the work day.
  3. You're on the right road with the technique you're using now. The consistency and effort pays off quickly in the end. I had my dog potty trained in two weeks with only 3 messes, and those only happened because I wasn't paying attention. The only recommendation I'd add to that is saying a command WHILE your pup is going. While he's taking a tinkle, say "Go potty." Associate the word with the action. When he's finished, follow up with "Good Potty!" in a praising voice. Praise with the actual command word is much clearer to your pup. Before you know it, your dog will be going to the bathroom on command. (Works really well on rainy days when your dog doesn't necessarily have the motivation to go out.) I can tell my boy to go even if he doesn't want to. ;-P Good luck! I'm sure he'll be trained in no time!
  4. NOOOOOOO!!!! That is SO not cool. I've been a fan of Slipknot since they released their first self titled album in 1999. I hope that the band can keep it together and find another bassist. May Paul Gray (aka #2 or "The Pig") rest in peace.
  5. Hey, so how are you liking your 2009? Miss the '04 at all?

  6. Thanks 4 the friend add Crystal.

I recently sold my '04 GMC VHO & "filled the space" with a 2009 GMC Sierra crew cab in Steel Grey Metallic (AKA: Grey Stone). =o)

  7. HAHA, I'm with ya on the joke! What I meant was, San Fran is actually leading the mob to boycott the new AZ law. I think it's hilaaaaaaarious. San Fran Leads Charge
  8. Thank you! Right back at 'cha! White is a good color too! Hides the dirt, dents, and scratches well. It's a nice "stress free" color, lol!
  9. I know they're hard to come by. There were only 5 in the entire state of CA to choose from when I bought mine; 3 black, 2 greystone. I'd be interested in finding out exactly how many Chevy produced in 2006.
  10. Thanks again, everyone for the greetings! Looks like there are more people from my area then I thought! We'll have to get a meet-up discussion going for the area soon.
  11. I posted some pic's in the V-Max/VHO thread: Link Why are you boycotting Cali? LOL! You should just be boycotting San Francisco. ;)
  12. Thanks! I couldn't agree with you more! I absolutely LOVE the color. It was between the greystone or black. Very tough choice, but I'm glad I picked the greystone. I'm very critical with my truck being clean, so the black probably would have caused me to develop an ulcer after a month of owning it, LOL! The 17" wheels came stock with the VortecMAX Performance Package. What ya see is what she got!
  13. Thanks everyone for the warm welcome! I'm feelin' the love, LOL! Yes, I really do love my truck. Comes with being a car nut in general. I like to travel, so if there were to be a meet up in, say, Reno or SoCal, I'd more than likely be up for the drive. I'll see about a possible meet-up for NorCal as well. I also think it would be cool to have meet-ups for photo shoot opportunities. You know, like in photogenic areas that make for some awesome background scenery? Pt. Reyes in SF is a good one, or National Parks like Death Valley would be awesome too. Just an idea. I know I'd be up for something like that. Thanks again for the greetings! You guys rock!
  14. Thanks, guys! Actually, the truck's name is Jenna. I guess I should put my real name in my sig, huh?
  15. If you're into National Parks, you MUST SEE Glacier National Park in Montana! One if the highlights is driving the Going-to-the-Sun Road. The road is only open for 1 month out of the year, usually around June, so if you get the opportunity, TAKE IT. Also, Badlands National Park in South Dakota is supposed to be pretty spectacular. I'd recommend passing through there as well. You can find more info here: U.S. National Park Service I envy you! Have fun on your trip!
