Driving last night and heard a huge CLUNK and stopped and got out and looked under to see what i could see with a flashlight and the cv axle was hanging and there was oil coming out of the axle tube. so my question is....i took the bolts out of the axle tube but cant remove the axle, do i split the case? what holds it in? and is it worth replacing just the tube or should i just replace the whole diff? and the worst part is im 400 miles from home at my parents house and need to be home to start my new job on wednesday!!!

"true duals" are pointless....they dont make power and they dont sound good. go with an x or h at the least.

Cal Speed Headers. Anyone Ever Heard Of Them?
johnstownhotrodsinc replied to cfresh138's topic in Bolt On Performance
i got a set.....they are really tight on the steering shaft and on the driveshaft going to the front end.....i fab headers and exhaust on a regular basis so i just cut them up and made them work but in sure with a torch and hammer you could make them work. i ran mine dual back past the tranny crossmember and then did an x, then the mufflers, and exited out in front of the pass side tire....you cant buy the stainless and build a set for what they are selling them for so they are a good deal but you gotta tweak them to fit right....but i would recommend them tho! -
