Recently I have installed a cat-back Magnaflow exhaust on my 2008 Silverado 1500 6.0L and am going to take the next step with headers. I wanted some opinions on what benefits are provided from ceramic coated vs. plain stainless steel. I am going to be supercharging the engine within the next 9 months keep in mind. Also how much of a benefit is it to have long tubes over shorty headers? I've read mixed reviews, but never any with specifically my engine (L76). Bonus info I have an K&N intake installed and a Hypertech programmer as well.
p.s. the ceramic coated ones I am eyeing are the Gibson shorty headers....but it says it is ceramic coated steel, not even stainless.
