  1. Thanks for all the help, since it's under the Carmax warranty took it in and just picked it up tonight. The invoice says it had steady 54psi fuel pressure but it was the fuel pump, was leaking back as soon as engine shut off so they replaced the pump. It fired right up and is noticeably running smoother at idle, life is good!
  2. Agree that hockey is the best and as a Caps fan that has lived through the beginning of the team where they were so, so bad in the 70's to where they became a very good team after the Langway, Engblom, Jarvis and Laughlin trade with Montreal for Walter and Green in 82 that got them to actually be good enough to go to the playoffs, to now where they have become one of the best teams it was sad to see them exit in the first round but if it was any team to lose to Montreal would be the one because not only for the trade that got the team better . but also because of the history of the minor league team here in the DC area long ago (long story also which also had the original Caps uniforms very similar to the Habs), and am rooting for the Habs against the Pens, but it's tough!
  3. My 03 SS just started with this strange issue on cold starts only. When releasing the key on initial start up it will run on for about 3 to 4 seconds without starting, then will fire up right away on either the second or (sometimes) the third try. This only happens if the truck has been sitting for any real length of time, if warm and somewhere under around one hour or so it will start normally. Is this the fuel pump and/or regulator? It has 54K miles. Any advice would be appreciated, Thanks.
