Sounds like a lot of fun, but I'm on the slope for the next 3 weeks.

Hey all, I'm Andy, I live in Eagle River, Alaska. I've had my '05 awd SS for about a year now, and I love it, ever since they came out in '03 I've wanted one. I've been refering to the site for quite some time now to see what you guys have been doing to the truck, and I'm amazed with the wealth of knowlege here. I really haven't done any performance mods, I got the truck with 47k on it, and it came with a K&N 4" intake and a gibson dual in/dual out cat back. It sounds allright, but I'm close to stepping up to LT's, X-pipe, and magnaflow mufflers. I plan on getting cam, torque converter, shift kit, Wheatly Tune, e-fans, t-stat, and a transmission cooler. As for apperance, I have the truck on 24" Verdes that I had powder coated a sparkle grey. LED tail lights, disabled DRL's, HID's, and tinted windows. On the interior I got a full pioneer system with 2-12's under the back seat, 2-1000 watt amps, and 2 amps for the fronts, and I dynamat'd about 80% of the interior. I see a bunch of SSS's driving around Anchorage and always wondered if they were on the site, but who knows, right?? I'm on a work computer now, so here's one pic of the dirty truck on top of Pillar mountain in Kodiak, AK.
