I have this intake set up myself. In regards to the scoop, mine sits to the inside of the lower bumper grill. Have you had any success with getting the it mounted?

I have QA1 coilovers in the front as for the rear not really you would have to order a shock for the length and weight of the truck. more of a custom setup.
