  5. It turned out GREAT ! My sister and brother-in-law ate with us and they went crazy for the Turkey. The iGrill probe took all the guess work out of this cook. I feel it was a bargain at $35 on Amazon. Wrapping the cooked tray of meat in foil and then in towels, I was able to hold the final temp for 2.5 hours when I ready to cut it up. Try it you will love it. CD
  6. It is all done and I have it wrapped in a cooler. The plan is to eat at 5:00. The iGrill probe is still in the breast meat and we are holding 166 degrees. It sure does smell good around here! Later Guys CD
  7. Hey guys, I thought I would share what going on at my house today. I have a 14 lb Turkey out smoking on the grill as we speak. We did an overnight Brine with salt and brown sugar and have the Weber 310 gas grill set for 240 degrees. Removed the back bone so it will lay flat.I added Apple wood in a small metal box at one end. The smoke has been rolling a couple for hours now. When it gets to 165 degrees I will wrap it foil and let it rest in a cooler until time to cut. Wish me luck with the finished product!
  8. Maybe this will start you down the right path. I have NOT needed to do this replacement. Just a youtube search https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZRTcaFxah2c Good luck CD

  12. For sure check with FLT, as they are in your local area. I love mine and they are great to work with. This all they do and can be trusted. It will never give you trouble again, and you can build from there. CD
  13. So how rough it Rough? A bit more info would be helpful. The last time I had this type of problem, I used a high quality injector cleaner in a good tank of fuel and took a rod trip to try and burn the stuff out. It was back to normal after the tank full. Good Luck CD
  14. My thought is that this is a little over kill on this cam. It will work best with more cubic inches displacement, and a larger supercharger. I hope you have Headers in your plans as well, as this cam is biased on the exhaust side. Please take a look at the link, if you have not already. I hope is is helpful. 15. I have used Professional Hi-Tech Yellow Wax 26 in years past, but always on a RED vehicle. It works, but makes you work also. I now prefer to use the new blended products. Goes on and wipes off much better. The shine will last just as long in my experience. Good luck CD
  16. I had a 69 Midnight Blue Chevelle, Band new! 300hp 350, 4 speed, posi 3.55 rear. 3 years later, stolen and stripped. Make a real classic! Midnight Blue CD
  17. Just up the road in Gtown. Welcome aboard! CD
  18. This is very similar to happen to me in 2012. Had bad wires, went to miss fires, that caused fuel to dump on the cats, they blew, then a head gasket popped. Be absolutely sure about your plugs and wires. CD
  19. So this is what happens when someone is on CRACK? CD
  20. Unreal Man! That is Awesome. You didn't waste any time in getting it all setup. That is a real Blessing to be able to have something like that. CD

  22. FTL Level 7 . Going on 4 years now. They were a pleasure to deal with. Best money I spent on the SS. CD
  23. Oh Please do not buy the Taylor 409's. I had a set for 30,000 miles and they caused a miss fire that end with a blown head gasket. RUN from them!! CD
