Growl when on throttle in front goes away when coasting

x3 front diff. Pull plug, drain oil, check magnet. -
If it's not the PCM like nocturnal92 said then check for the little grounds near the back of the engine. There's one on the passenger side in the back that loves to get pinched between the head and the block when reinstalling the heads.

I think you'll be surprised at what a tune will do to a stock truck. They're quite conservative in the tune department from the factory.

Lol 8 years too late... Wow, 07 was 8 years ago. Time certainly flys. -
Zippy Performance. He's in Vegas and will get you straightened away. 1 231 638 1981

They're pretty good for the price. The hump is a pita for changing spark plugs though. The wires were easy enough to fix. Just made 2 custom ones. No biggie http://i1223.photobucket.com/albums/dd510/Pwilly7/IMG_1342_zps0e4a0158.jpg http://i1223.photobucket.com/albums/dd510/Pwilly7/7BA23264-5380-4A9C-B173-98A51D20AD0F_zpsk0nhtpi0.jpg

There are no words... You might want to do a little more research.

2015 SEMA Silverado Redline Concept
canadianVRss replied to LEVISER's topic in The Automotive Industry
The name "redline" should be changed as soon as possible. "Redline" belongs to Saturn, even if it's not around anymore. -
Nice. The hi ram is good stuff.

Where in AB are you? I think I know you from a Facebook page (AST). If you plan on boost later are you willing to swap the cam again to something more boost friendly? Or are you willing to run a boost cam NA for awhile?

Data logging and Email tuning is the way to go as well. HPTuners and your choice of tuner should set you straight (personally I recommend zippy)

Stall converter
canadianVRss replied to carson_frankens's topic in AWD, Differential, & Transmission Tech
Matching your cam to your stall in pretty important. If you know what cam you're going with in the future, then you can pick a stall now accordingly. Otherwise you might be screwing yourself down the road. -
I lost all respect for 300s when guys started putting the RR grills in them. What made it worse was when the srt8 was released and Chrysler claimed they made it to trade punches with the CTS V. Many, including myself rose both eye brows...

L92 is the truck 6.2. L76 is a 6.0. The one out of the G8 cars

Same deal in Canada. No e85, but we get good meth in our windshield washer fluid. Meth+inter cooler, stabilize/cool that air as much as possible.

Where about in Montana? I was just down there but didn't see any SSSs.

Well that just sounds shady.

anyone know of a good tuner in Las Vegas
canadianVRss replied to psycoticss's topic in Bolt On Performance
And if those two didn't convince you. I live in Canada and have DRIVEN down to Vegas twice just to meet the man. Awesome guy and a amazing tuner. -
Takin off in 2nd gear
canadianVRss replied to Ahkmed's topic in AWD, Differential, & Transmission Tech
For some reason most of these stories are followed by "I didn't add a aftermarket Trans cooler when I did my stall either and it's so damn hot out where I live you'd think my neighbour is satan." (Maybe you did, not raging on you, it's just that guys seem to cam and stall their trucks and then get all pissy when they get high Trans temps) That's besides the point anyways I suppose, sounds like the Trans might be toast. There's a lot of good Trans guys on this site so I'm sure you'll get the possibilities narrowed down. I'm curious about this one. Any codes thrown? A sticky Trans solenoid would cause the issue you stated, but not the idling (cam lope) issue. -
They're very hit and miss. Some of their products are okay, but some are complete crap. Pick your products wisely. Example, princess auto (Canada) or harbour freight (USA), I would buy hammers (ball peen, dead blow exc.) but you wouldn't catch me buying a precision instrument such as outside micrometers, inside micrometers exc.

That's pretty sad.
