Sooo yesterday it was sunny and warm and grassy. Today we get 7 inches of snow, I even took the snowmobile out and did a little pond skipping!

Hell yeah, everything interior wise is like when I bought it. All the leather is really supple again too. They even asked to take my sub box out and did all underneath and everything.

Went to GM to price out a DI/DO GMPP muffler.... Discontinued. Awesome :-S

Obx header install begins... now. Please god don't let any manifold bolts break off inside the heads. Already found the back bolts on each bank broken off :-/ like wtf!

3am I'm calling er a night. I took the entire exhaust system out. Unfortunately I had to oxy/ace most of it off do to corroded bolts and yes I used kroil on the bolts over the past week. I managed to break the front drivers side exhaust manifold bolt off because I couldn't get it as hot as I needed do to a sensor right beside it, but it's sticking out of the head so I have something to weld to. I'll continue tomorrow and update you guys!

should have drowned them with pb blaster for weeks before you did the install. like i said above

Any body know the size and length of exhaust manifold bolts for obx headers?

I kinda want to go to a grade 8 bolt instead of a stock grade 5. If I ever take them out again I don't want them to break off. Plus I'm at work until Tuesday. Big bolt bin here :-)

I called my contact at GM exhaust manifolds are 10mmX10mm by 57mm long.

Just went through a check stop with the headlights, signal lights and tails blacked right out. They waved me through :-) :-) :-)
