  1. hopefully post is still active? Year of truck: 2005 Model:ss silverado Trans:?stock Converter:2600 Gear:4:10 Tires:22 45 305 List of current mods: pc1 procharger, 75 wet shot nos, exhaust, no header but will get, camero heads w\zo6 springs and hot cam, 414 strocker kit Possible future mods: headers, cut outs, fast intake, air flow heads Goals for truck: speed but drivability Uses of the truck: grocery getter haha
  2. vented the passanger side back into the air intake. I did realize once i thought about it that all the boost was blowing into the block. stupid of me!! I have not done the fixed orifice on drivers side or was zippy talking about me? haha ATI does not explain that but i know zippy know his stuff. do i just get the new pcv from the dealer?
  3. fixed my first leak went for a test drive and after WOT the dip stick blows out of the tube. put in a procharger, since then it has been happening. Did I need to do something with the PCV valve for 2005 year? the only other line other than the air intake is the vac line in the intake manifold. why so much pressure?
  4. ready for a good laugh, the bracket that holds the dip stick to the block has three spot welds and one of the welds was broken. new dip stick no leak
  5. any body had a leak at high rpm out of the base of the dip stick. Hooked the procharger up went out for a test run and found at High rpm she was dumping oil out at the base of the stick. the orange gasket seems to be on the base. sounds simple but not sure if i am creating pressure in the block to keep blowing it out? seems to just flow out not blast out like back pressure? anyone had this happen yet?
  6. I have gotten a used p-1sc out of a ford expedition 5.4l(yea yea sorry for saying the "F"(ford) word). I called ATI and they said its possible. they do need to reclock the swinger gear and re clock the exit tube. My concers are where can i get the tubing kit from. also the intercooler i have has entry/exits vents on the same side (for the fords) and I think on the chevy kits they are on opposite sides. will zippy custom make me a tubing kit? and bracket. does anyone know. also I think i will get 60# juicers. let me know what you guys think. mahalo
