So at what pulley size do you have start changing injectors on a maggie 112?
-
I just took mine in for that they said it was a reprogram issue and that somehow the body temp sensor gets bypassed , works fine now!!!
-
I have zex wet system , it does the basic job , up here don't have to many choices . I also have an airraid cai , so I put the nozzle about 6" away from the butterfly just like they said , seems like every manufacturer has different locations just like their jetting for the same hp are quite different. I don't know what you have been told but you will definately need a bottle heater and guage to get to 900psi or better also.
-
If your only giving it 100hp shot , you are on the right track. I have shot up 175 but I think I'm maxed for a stock fuel pump. One thing I can say is that probably wouldn't hurt to do a shift kit . I did transgo hd-2 ,huge difference went from 14.2 1/4 mile down to 13.2. If you just using your stock pump make sure the filter is good , going lean not good. Retard your timing too whatever they spec ,you can get away without if you get some high octane fuel, like above 91 or better. I have ran nos lots ,loads of fun ,no problems really at al on a mostly stock motor.

What about the boosta pump and spark good idea ?Or is it better to get an additional pump?
-
Is anybody running one ?
-
So which is the one to get? I'm spraying nos right now, how well would that type workwith it .

What do you guys think of kenne bell superchargers?

Transgo Hd2 - $$$ In Canada
BCSM replied to crankbearing's topic in AWD, Differential, & Transmission Tech
Got mine from oregon performance for $88 shipping was not that much , I'm up in nortern BC . It is a trango hd2, works great . -
I'm up here in Canada nortern BC, so options are low ,as far shopping for parts goes ,anything usually out of the states the shipping is so high . There is an outfit called Mopac Auto supply in Edmonton AB ,Calgary AB and Langley BC, they are really good guys to deal with cost was around $440 for the kit and $50 for shipping here in 2 days.

Well I got around to putting on my new powerslot plus rotors( front only) last night along with some dot 5 fluid and new ceramix pads front and rear. Anyway they have about 30 or so miles on them now.Yesterday I did some stops from both 60 and 30 mph and marked them, these where done with stock rotors and pads with about 120k on them. Today did the same stop , 60 mph -0 was 22ft shorter and 30 mph was 9ft shorter . I will try again in a few days once the pads seat a little better, and keep you posted . Are these results similiar to what you guys are getting. Stainless lines are coming.

Thanks .

I just received the fronts yesterday from mopac in Langley BC Canada 2day delivery ,as I'm in northern BC .I tried through AJ usa but almost $200 for shipping . I actually got them for $440 + shipping approx. $30. Does anybody know how much brake fluid a 2003 SS pu takes , I want to upgrade to dot 5.
