yeah the best i have got is 16 or 17 also. so you think it will hurt it by running it in two wheel drive?

Im planning a trip here in few weeks and im trying to do wutever i can to save gas. i was wondering if the front drive shafts on the awd trucks can be removed and run in just two wheel drive or will the transfer case just leak? anyone tried it or know anything about doing that? any advice will help. thanks

has yours been installed? is it pretty much a bolt in or will i need to make any mods for it to fit?

my o3 sss has to go. just to many toys at the time. is a beautiful black awd with 78,000 miles. the truck is garage kept and has no scratches. i looked for a long time to find one this nice. some mods include: magnaflow cat-back, k&n cold air kit, superchips programmer, painted engine covers and calipers, billet grill and tinted windows. dark leather interior with six disc changer in dash. recently i have done tune up and brakes. the truck has been to the track one time and ran a 9.0 at 76mph. very respectable for a truck. other than that it has been very well taken care of. i hope to have another some day. if interested please contact me. thanks

my o3 awd feels great threw two gears but once it shifts to third it feels to be slowing down and not pulling as hard. looking for some inexpensive mods to help the top end power. any and all suggestions would be appreciated. thanks

I have done k&n cold air kit, magnaflow cat-back, 160 stat, and superchips flashpaq. want to go faster but arent sure wut dirfection to go. im on a tight budget any suggestions? my truck feels good at bottom end but once it hits 3rd it really slows down. kinda looking for something to help top end

Last nite i was riding threw town and i saw my buddy in his 00 mustang gt. he just got done putting a performance clutch in it and was talking about how fast it felt. so we decided to go play. we drove out of town and found a good straight road. we stopped and went from a three honk. i jumped him about 2 car lengths out of the hole and i heard him spinning the whole time, it stayed that way till i hit 3rd and he pulled even with me and it stayed even til we let out about 90. it was a great race.

hey. im kinda new to the site. i currently own a 03 silverado ss that i have slowly been modifying. this is my second ss, i sold a 00 camaro ss to purchase the truck. at first i liked the car but there was just something about pulling up to a mustang at a stoplight and and watching the look on there face when a truck runs off and leaves them. loving the truck
