  2. Hey did you get the stuff yet. I want to make sure it arrived safely.
  3. I could of knocked it out in a night, but a nice fella from Alaska, bought the template, and it is on its way up to the arctic as we speak.
  4. Yea I could do 45s it would not be that hard. I thought about aluminum but that would of took more thought, as aluminum fatigues. With the mild 1020, nothing fancy needs to be done and the strength is rediculous. The mounts are simple pads made from plate.
  5. Ill make brackets If people want them. Whats a fair price
  6. This also may be a good setup for an air to water intercooler HX Hey all I traded off my truck in the middle of this project so it is up for sale. It should solve all your trans cooling needs. It bolts to the towhook bolts under the front grill and utilizes your lower grill for air. I custom made the bracket and it is very stout. The cooler is a Long from Dana and is rated for 40000 GVWC. That is ALOT! The fans are 650 CFM a piece, so those should be overkill. The fittings are compression fitting that will go on your stock line and allow a clean coversion from steel to hydraulic pushtite hose. The stuff to make a great harness and fan controll is here also. The barbed thing is an inline thermal switch that turns on at 180 and off at 170. I am asking 300 OBO
  7. I should of made a bunch of these and sold them. I get asked for these dimensions at least once a week, so for future reference I am just going to post it.
  8. Have you sold the J-tube yet? I may be interested.
  9. http://www.denalitrucks.com/forum/viewtopi...=13&t=15732 103K and faster and stronger than she ever was. Not looking too bad either.
  10. Well I woould fabricate the brackets if I already had the SS heat exchanger, But I don't I have the H2 Heat exchanger. I was going to fab up something to fit the biggest HX possible using those brackets as a guide.
  11. I so want one of those J tubes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't find them for sale anywhere.
  12. Is that the 74 bridge in the background of your sig. I am originally from that area. Sweet truck. I have been contemplating flames if they looked as good as those grapics I would do it.
  13. I will plan on being at the Dairy Queen I have not done any cruises up that way. I will need to remember to take a wash bucket. The ol SD gets a little dirty after a 12 hour pull to the lake. The week I have free up there right now looks like July 12th-whenever. Hope to see ya. By the way you will be looking for a black QS Supercharged Denali. I hang out here cause some of the guys on the Denali site have week stomachs when it comes to modding there ride. I like it here everybody is in to improving upon the factory's setup.
  14. Well you will see me running around there the month of July. I cannot spin them with a Radix 2.8 pulley upgraded fuel system and cat. I don't have a cam or anything though. You are one lucky man to live up there. My family has been spending summers up there for the last 50-60 years. We knew the Joyces and my grand parents partied on the estate. They used to stay in the Matins cabin on Trout Lake before it was part of the resort. Now we stay at friends and the resort.
  15. If you get to the point your interested in trading some pieces and cash, I would be interested in the J tube and heat exchangers. I would ship you my stock pieces to still sell with the kit.
  16. I am speechless! That is an awsome piece of work! I would really like to see it in person. A couple questions if you got time. What alternator are you running? It looks like you have the stock charging wire. With my lowely MP112 extra fuel pump, water pump, electric fans, and modest stereo. I have had to upgrade my charge wire and the power still fluctuates more than I would like it too. I imagine you have some sort of upgraded fuel system, (details on that would be nice ) So I was curious as to how you were getting by on power, if you had an upgraded ALT. or something? I also think that sweet setup need the Dave Freeman surge tank upgrade, everything else is sweet
  17. I drive my truck everyday and I tow my 6000lb boat all over the US with average trips being 12 hours or more. I have put 110K on my truck and about 40K on the Radix. It is much nicer towing the boat now than when it was NA. I have had to replace a tranny and the front diff, but those are known to be less than ideal from the factory to begin with. The only issue I have had with my kit was the intercooler surge tank was a little rickety for my taste. It never failed, but I made a new one.
  18. Southwest Research is a serious reserch company. They are a big contributor to certifying the latest emissions engines for major diesel and gas engine companies. I have never been happy with RP. My engine temps are always higher and the motor seems louder. Mobile one is not fancy but it is what it says it is.
  19. I have not seen the movie but, in the mags they talk about the F-Bomb being on there. I would give up both nuts for that car!
  20. Avon Hydration lotion works great and you don't have to worry about petroleum having adverse affects on certain materials. I ran out of silcone spray one day. My wife still wonders were that tube went.
  21. This guy does them. http://myworld.ebay.com/ebaymotors/do4uss/ I have the pring but I am not sure were to post it on this site. I think it will be too big to attach.
  22. Ehh really do not need a bleeder now. The tank is now the high point of the system. I put that cap there to allow me to empty the heat exchanger when and if it needs to come off.
  23. Last time I looked into it they wanted you to attend some Bull run events and you have to register and send in a video tape on the website.
