  1. Got a black passenger door cladding that has been gobered up where the door chatches for $60 plus shipping. Know ur looking for decent shape but thought I would mention it.
  2. Just taking it out would take a skilled mechanic roughly thirty minutes, I've dropped mine in 17 but I was moving with a purpose. Very simple and straight forward, you need a 12" 1/2 extension with an impact, a swivel 21mm socket a 21mm wrench and a 15 mm swivel socket and of course the 11mm socket for the drive shaft. Good luck and if any more info is needed feel free to pm me, I've had my hands in quite a few.
  3. Is that a wheel weight on the face of the spoke on the front driver rim? Lol
  4. That's awesome, just had my bumpers repainted and wanted to replace the rusted clips holding that pad down but wasn't paying that much. Thanks brother for the post.
  5. I've ran nitto 305/50/20 420s on mine since I've owned it and must say its been the best tire I could ask for and the 305 puts the rubber out past the rim far enough that if an act of God happens and my wife has to drive it I don't fear curb rash lol
  6. That was very cool, wish they had something like that here. Great post
  7. Yes sir, helped me tremendously except an adjuster locking tab was snapped off and the driver side was all out of Wack. Had a heck of a time measuring the backlash off the yoke instead of the ring gear.
  8. Auto zone carries a USA standard for a 8.25 diff that's a quality kit, it's 155.00 roughly. Installed it into a diff this weekend and as long as ur adjusters are not out of Wack it's a pretty straight forward job. If u type in Google 8.25 diff rebuild there's a two part video to give u an idea of what u would be getting yourself into.
  9. eBay on both to be honest, super simple to replace if u have a little mechanical experience and tools. Just get the plate though and not the whole pump. Much easier to install and more than likely ur pump is in good working order. I'm sure there's a write up on it somewhere on here or online that will walk you through it all.
  10. Just power break the truck and if it pops it's ur chain, to common of a problem. Good luck brother and an easy fix just get a case saver and install it while ur in there and make sure to replace any gaskets u can so u don't have the issue I did and had to pull it multiple times
  11. i have a 69 charger in the shop about to get a lift kit on it, going for the mad max look. Good looking truck brother, different but not to bad at all glwts.
  12. Did this mod while having the front and rear bumpers painted and got it together today. All I can say is wow what a difference it made to the front. Great Info brother
  13. I put a transfer case bought from a member on here in mine and as soon as I got to 70mph on the highway it broke all the holes that bolt it to the trans and split the transfer case down the middle. Just replaced the housing and rebuilt my case and haven't had an issue since. Use the right gaskets and make sure all the bolts are tight to spec. Good luck brother

    The Storm

Oh gosh I hope no one here owns a 911 turbo or let the games begin!
  15. Received the passenger door cladding today and wanted to say thanks for the care in shipping, been a pleasure doing business.
  16. Don't care if the passenger door is pink brother lol I have a body shop that owes me a favor or two lol thanks for the consideration and the funds are waiting.
  17. If u ever part it out which I know is a long shot I would love to purchase the passenger door cladding from you. Lol Thanks Brandon
  18. I wouldn't let the salvage title detour you from getting one if its the right price. If mine was lifted from me I wouldn't mind it having a salvage title cause I don't ever plan on getting rid of it and if I do it would only be because Chevy came out with a new SSS and I highly doubt that will happen for some time. Mine just sits like most on here but on the weekends it's a real pleasure to take it out and turn heads even after 13 years. Love that damn truck lol I'm done
  19. No chunks or anything to lead u to believe it could be the rear end? Just know when spider gears start loosing teeth it pops when turning but if it's when going over bumps mainly then I'm at a loss brother and like said before look for shiney metal where parts could be rubbing together. Let us know what u find
  20. Try to do it again and see if it does it under acceleration turning or just while ur coasting and turning. Try and power break it and see if it does it and let us know
  21. Wish I still lived in Rockwall brother would def be nice to be close to someone as knowledgable as u r not trying to brown nose just have always been impressed with ur work. Truck looks good as always.
