    Volant

My truck already had the Volant cold air kit when I bought it. I dont know if needs to be recharged or if its the oilless filter (I hope). I couldn't really find it online and figured someone had the same filter. Its the gray cone filter. Thanks for the help.
  2. 2001 Dodge Dakota 4x4 crew cab, 4.7L v8, 95k miles, auto, pw,pl, cd, ac, 8000lb winch. Wife ran into a pole on driver side has body damage on doors and rebuilt title no major damage or frame damage somebody could fix it or just drive it like I've been doing for over a year now. I Drive it daily and use it around farm, runs good $3600obo. Found front and rear door on driver side at local salvage for $700. I'ml ooking for something to take to the river and pull a 19ft ski boat on the weekends. What do you think?
  3. Kinda what I'm thinking too. If you will notice the pictures ( I have more) the grass is golden brown like they were taken in the winter.
  4. I offered him $3,500 but he said he wouldn’t take less then $4,500. Its about an hour and a half drive for me to go see it so I told him I would pass. If he would have told me he would take 4,000 I would have went and probably bought it if nothing was wrong with it.
  5. Whats a ballpark transmission rebuild? I could pull it and put it back in. Keep in mind its 4x4.
  6. I have not gone to look at it but he says all the buttons and knobs are there and work. He says the 4x4 works he only used it last winter when it snowed. The only thing is the windshield wipers only work on high. Its the SLT package meaning its the loaded out option for that year. He started out at 6K and I have him at 4,500. He says that's what he owes on it???
  7. Would you give blue book knowing its got 167K? I plan on using it mostly to pull a boat, other then that it would just be a second vehicle to tool around in.
  8. What would you give for it? 97 Yukon GT 3rd Owner 167,000 miles Gray leather Interior Power DL, Mirrors, Seats, Locks, Steering Cruise, ABS 5.7L Vortec V8 Push button 4WD Mobile 1 Synthetic every 3k Stock exhaust and suspension H.I.D. headlights in smoked housing TYC taillights De-badged rear emblems 35% tint Late model 17" GMC wheels Westin side steps New plugs/wires/fuel filter Needs radio Doesn't leak or burn oil
  9. Is the wheel bolt pattern on the Silverado 1500 NBS the 6x5.5 or 6x139.7? I have seen both on web sites and I dont know if there is a diffrence? Is one standard and the other converted to metric? Thanks for the help
  10. I'm about to buy some 20x10 wheels for my Vortec Max 4x4. I have got front spacers for the front that suppost to clear 32in tires. I want the big Tire look but don't want to compleatly kill preformance and MPG. I'm not going to be doing any offroading in my truck, (its still new to me) so I'm thing a nice set of H/T's. What tire size are you guys running and do you have any pictures? Thanks Keith
  11. Has anyone put headers on the NBS yet?
  12. Should I get the offroad with no cats, or the intermediate tubes with cats? If I get the offroad with no cats can I add in my stock cats? $135.00 diffrence w/wo cats?
  13. You guys with the Corsa Sport single exaust with Long Tube headers. I've always been a true dual exaust guy, but my truck already had the Corsa sport on it. My question is what do you guys with this set up think about the preformance? Does the truck get the full potential out of the long tubes with single exaust? Yes I understand its better then factory single but it still seams kind of restrictive to me? What do you guys think of the Dynatech LT's? Thats all I have been able to find for the NBS? My biggest concern is preformance so if there is something better let me know. Thanks for the replies.
  14. Whos got one? Any pics, give some reviews. http://www.carolinaclassictrucks.com/Good-...tive-Items.html
