Since I can't figure out how to post pm's in here yet, the following is a few of the conversations txss and I have had about the money. As soon as I can figure out how to post them, i'll include all of them which shows he told me more than once that he'd return my money. His initial reply: OK wow this blew up fast, Ive been on vacation with some buddies and got back today. I think you turned this into a bigger deal than it really was. If you really cant deal with it and need to bring in an attorney to settle something for less than $100 I'll buy the intake back. I hope you felt nice trashing my name on the site while ive been gone. You guys can read the post for your self, where did I begin trashing his name? Hell, i never even mentioned him by name. His response: The intake works fine man, but whatever floats your boat. And if you would have closely read one of my previous pm's, I informed you that I did the same thing you did and never took the intake out of the box. My response: That's fine, I understand you didn't take it out of the box, but I didn't want one that was welded, what if I had been running some form of FI?? And obviously the other guy didn't want an epoxed one either. All I want is to get my money so I can get zeake his money and you can have the intake back and do whatever you want with it. I mean, you said once you'd refund my money, so do it. Shit happens, I don't want to run your name down either, I just simple told you I was going to make a post about this situation, and I didn't hear from you(vacation or not) so I made it. Pay me the money, and I'll have it deleted, and people will forget about it, or I can post the pm's you've sent me and let them judge you. His response I'll send you the money when I can.. My response: well when will that be? any idea? His Response: Honestly I cant say Mine: look, i know things are hard right now, so just pay me 50 this week and 50 next week, and it's good. i really can't afford to wait, i'm already out 100 and it's killing me. His: Ok ill get on that Really, I mean I'm trying to help out the guy. I mean, am I overreacting here? And yes, TXSS, i will get a lawyer involved for only a hundred dollars. Why, becasue my uncle will work for free because he doesn't like being ripped off either! So yes, it may take a while, but beleive me, the headaches and bs you'll have to go through will be much more of a pain in the ass than just simply refunding my money. Have a good day.

you need a harness adapter(i'll get you the name of the company) and a 90 mm throttle body off an ls motor(tbss, corvette, etc). I will get pics up asap. It's a good cheap bolt-on.

well i finally received some correspondance from TXSS, and who know when I'll see my money, but I have refunded zeake his money adn txss said he was going to pay, we'll see....the saga continues

you are completly correct, i should've taken the time to unbox it and take pics. from the post it sounds like he was going to get it until he found out the 5.3 already had the some intake.. i'm going to email the shit out of him until he returns them, if anyone has his phone number, pm it to me so i can call him he was actually on here earlier, i know he has to have at least 10 pm's!!

so here's the deal, a while ago, i purchased a intake off a tbss, it was used. I paypal'd the member the money, the intake was sent. During which, i bought a new complete intake for slightly mor ethan I paid for the used one. I then posted intake 1 on here and sold it to member 2. I did not inspect the intake personally, i simply shipped it. Appaerntly, it was broke and mended with jb weld. after finally getting my head out of my ass, i agreed to refund buyer 2 his money, at which time, i lost my job and couldn't afford to refund the money. I did not communicate this to buyer 2, and he hasn't been refunded yet. I have been on my new job for a couple weeks now, and was hoping for a refund from the original seller, but after numerous attempts to contact this person, I still have no money back. He said it would be in there on Monday the 6th, but no money and no contact. so i guess I hope this post gets him to refund my money. I have talked to buyer 2 and let him know that his money will be back in his paypal account on wednesday, regardless if i have my money or not, it's not fair to screw him. So buyer 1, you know who you are, and i won't reveal your name, but I have tried to be patient, but you leave me no choice, pay up. I will give you until Saturday night, or else I'm putting your name out there so EVERYONE will know what's up. Am i wrong to put this guy on notice? I feel i have been fair, as buyer 2 has been EXTREMELY patient will me and the situation. let me know where i should go next?

I paid 260 for all four r1 rotors last year. the pads are shit, but i bought napa pads and they work great, very little break dust. (soprry to hi-jack the thread) if you can take a wheel off, you can replace ur rotors.

so i'm driving to work the other day (when i had a job to go to) and i pull up behind a truck, and notice my drl's are on, my low's and highs are on, but the indicator light on the headlight switch is not lit up like usual. It was sunny, and i didn't touch the headlight switch..kinda annoying. It did it to me today also..what gives???

if you got a stock silverado fog light kit, they should be 9005 (high beams) i think the stock bulb is different, but the highs fit perfect. hope this helps
