I got mine done the sound awesome... i like it incase any one cares dynatechs and high flows with a cut out sound great.... so the next random guy that wants to know there si the answer and just because you have 6000+ post does not make you a bad ass

Please dont rush to help me out in anyway anyone, I used to own a lightning and i know there were far less of them produced than the SS. but at least on thier forum people would at least respong to your post. I don't know why people are so fast to jump on people for asking a newb question on this site but they can't help out to a legitimate question. if i get banned what ever this site sucks

Well im in the process of selling all my speed parts from my lightning and looks like i might have enough cash by the end of the week to start buying some go fast goodies for the new SS. I have a question about the CAI for these trucks im stuck between the K&N and the volant is it really that important to have a closed box on the CAI or not my lightning did not have a closed box intake and it worked just fine

i know my truck feels pretty stout for being blue

I found the truck at carmax it was up in virginia i had it shipped down to texas. so far im pretty sure i have full long tubes and a corsa catback its 3 inch all the way i have no idea what the stock exhaust looks like but this thing sound great not to loud at idle but a beast when you get on it and my name i used to run track an U of H so it was all i could think of
