  3. Thanks guys for all the thumbs up. The mods from the original owner tally well over 15k and from what I've put into her, it pushes that number to over 25k in just mods. I really love this truck! The attention it gets is UNREAL!!! Most of the time good, but sometimes not so good. For example, I got pulled over for the loud exhaust because I roll around with the cutouts open??? The copper does a full inspection. He crawled under the car, popped the hood, sat in my seat to check out the gauges and blackwood interior and then writes me a ticket for smoked tailights, WTF? He shook my hand and told me it is good to see some real hot rodders on the streets for a change. I can only assume he meant all the "rice" on the streets. I took my fix a ticket and booked. Just my little ticket story in the SS. She's priced to go to a good home who can afford to have her! I have a link so y'all can hear the exhaust note and cam, if you wish. -Ron
  4. The SS looks a little different. It now has a retractable bed cover. I will take pics of the interior tomorrow and post it. -Ron
  5. Thanks for the kind words. Sucks she has to go, but we've heard all the horror stories. I'm glad I'm not posting my house for sale...Knock on Wood! -Ron
  6. Here's my phone number just in case e-mail does not work for you. (909) 614-9906 Sorry for not posting it on the original post. I will go back and add it. -Ron

This truck belonged to HAYNSS, perform a search and follow the build. I converted it into a daily driver but she is still crazy fast. I cannot access photobucket from work, but I will access from home tonight and post them up. I can e-mail pics of any angle just let me know. There are pics of the truck on the website using the search mode. Search HAYNSS. 17,3xx miles on the new motor, 53,3xx on the entire truck. I bought it back in January of 2008 from HAYNSS and I am the second owner. I've only put a little over 5k miles on the truck in a year. I carpool to work and I have my Vette so she only hits the road once/week for work. I use her on the weekends to taxi the kids to practices and to my softball games but that's it. The real family taxi is the wife's Suburban. She's priced to sell quick at $17,900 OBO. No reasonable offer will be refused. Priorities are family first and the toys need to go. E-mail me @ [email protected] for more information or for immediate pics! Call me at (909) 614-9906 if you prefer. Thanks, Ron.
  8. Thanks Slick! Thanks Mean!
  9. Will tail lights for a 2003 Silverado fit the 2003 SS? I got hit with a ticket for my tinted tail lights and want to get some cheap clear ones to fix the ticket and put the tinted ones back on after i get it written off. I see a bunch of tail lights on e-bay but they all say Silverado. Are the SS tail lights different? Thanks for all the help. -Ron
  10. Thanks. I will try that tire thing and keep y'all posted. -Ron
  11. Here is a pic of the back side of the SS. Let me know what will work. Thanks.
  12. What's up guys? I just bought PN#: 12498301 from my local Chevy Dealer and took it to a hitch shop. The shop said it does not fit??? I searched all over this forum and everything I found says this is the PN# for my truck. I have 2003 Silverado SS AWD. I have the black bumper that looks like it was covered with black plastic. Stock bumper back in 2003. The spare is right under it. Please let me know if I have the correct PN#. Any and all help is appreciated. -Ron
  13. Yeah, that was me trying to get home before my softball game. I've been looking for your truck but I haven't spotted her yet.
  14. Brad, Thanks for the props. Those SRT10's used to give me fits when I had my CamaroSS. The single cab trucks are Freakin' Fast! Most races came down to who could hook fastest. From a roll, I would normally be ahead by a length to 120 on the NOS. I still don't have the truck back from Orange County Corvettes yet. We made some changes to help with making the truck a daily driver. I should have it back at the end of next week or the Monday/Tuesday after that. If you set up a GTG, let me know. -Ron
