  1. is that a real JG tahoe? man i love those things! always wanted one maybe one day now that they are cheap . personally i would leave the oe wheels considering that truck is so rare. the 22s make it look like your trying to pull off a clone
  2. lol the libs are even trying to protest sss.com now
  3. considering the year and mileage. and your also saying it needs paint a fender. i would say reasonably you would be getting in the single digits. from a buyers stand point right out of the hole your looking ~2-3K minimum probably more for paint plus whatever other body work it needs. thats before the buyer even gets into basic maint. for me to buy a car in that condition the deal must be sweet. so book value is what 10-11? you would be in the 6-8 range at most for most buyers. not bashing your truck just talking real world numbers. KBB / NADA are for dreamers and dealers.
  4. those are like 1/4 the price of the oem ones so i wouldn't expect the quality to be perfect. with the right body / paint guy im sure it would come out pretty good for the average person. if i still had my truck id definitely try it out.
  5. lol should of posted the one i sent you also . got so many people with that
  6. yes its a day late but a while ago everyone would post up birthdays on here. happy bday to a long time member and a good friend!!
  7. to be honest i dont think ive seen a truck on this website run aftermarket coils. the 2 fastest trucks on this website ran stock coils into the upper 10s i ran them all day long on my old boost setup in the low 12s for 7 years. i would put that money into something different imo
  8. if your truck is stock you wont see any difference in aftermarket coils.
  9. your tow function should work as it should unless you had him change it.
  10. you can hard wire an aux cable to the rear of the OEM nav unit. i had a nav unit from an h2 in my old rig. it did make a noticeable difference in the sound quality as well as changed the chime. be ware some dealers try and take you for a ride when you go to have them programmed. one dealer told me it wasnt even possible and i needed a whole new unit. while the other dealer did it for 96$ in a half hour. now it also depends if who ever installed this aftermarket radio turned your wiring into a big pot of spaghetti. its very possible they cut your stock harness up to make it work with the radio. if its all messed up it could cost you more than its worth to go back to a stock radio.
  11. my old SS had like 4 car fax records its entire 7 years with me. besides registration renewals and inspection if you do your own maint its very easy to just have the cluster re programmed every time before you renew the reg or inspection
  12. wow thats an awesome price if only it was closer to me id might have to go look at it
  13. that drivers seat sure dont look like 7k. being how easy it is to lower miles on these trucks i find most of these hard to believe. cool truck tho if its really that low it belongs in a garage on a tender.
  14. not a blow away but its priced well. wonder if its rwd or awd
  15. sais arrival blue in his profile. being that its an 04 also means its got all the bells and whistles. i think the only option for 04 was sat radio iirc. to the right buyer that would be worth a nice price tag. keep it in the garage for a while and in 20 years it would probably be a collector item. as of right now its just a pristine undriven rare pickup. there have been low mileage trucks selling for in the low 30s. whats the interior like? is it still wrapped up in the protective plastic?
  16. theres a difference between value and what somebody will pay for it. clean title probably 14~. dirty title 10k. would i pay 10k for a dirty title pickup? no but thats just me. a truck like that also has virtually no trade in value to a dealership which will impact future buyers also because they will be forced to private sell unless there cool with a crazy low number. whats wrong with the title? im assuming salvage or rebuilt due to you saying the air bags were replaced
  17. i would love to see the price tag on that thing if it does come out
  18. the paint isnt really that bad it could easily be made into something cool. the SS stripes are what kills it. for the mileage its priced pretty well also
  19. +1 haven't had a free one in a while lol. good to see some old faces still lurking like myself
  20. my old rig. figured id put up a pic for her since its been almost a year since i sold her. lots of fun tons of memories
  21. 100000% false. you will not need a new radiator lol
