  1. Yes, sorry the truck is still for sale but has 75,400ish miles on it now. Somebody make me an offer
  2. I am selling my black 04. I'm not from around Houston but not too far away either. http://www.silveradoss.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=50130
  3. Hey all. I am gauging interest on my black '04 SS. This truck has been great to me but I no longer really need to bed space and I'm thinking about going with something that's a little cheaper on insurance. Overall this truck is in fantastic shape and it's absolutely beautiful. Specs: 2004 Onyx Black Silverado SS 71,000 miles on the odometer OnStar, XM, Dual Climate control, and Chrome wheel options Extremely clean inside and out, non-smoker, looks brand new New brakes (R1 concepts slotted rotors and ceramic pads) on all 4 corners at 70K Yokohama Avid SUV tires with lots of tread left Only mods are HIDs (that look stock), tint, and a nice spray in bed liner Some pictures: I am asking $16900 but would be open to reasonable offers. I am not interested in trades. Edit: SOLD
  4. What rebuilt unit did you end up going with? I have read several people talk about the locking tab... where is it and what do I need to look for? I'd like to poke around some more this weekend and do some further inspection on the diff. No kidding about all the metal in the oil. I'd poop a big old brick if that came out of my motor
  5. Hey guys, hopefully I have a pretty simple question here. I have been searching the forums for answers on brakes and found a lot of different information. My truck is an '04 AWD SS and I just want some good, stock sized rotors for my truck. I've already got some good Akebono ceramic pads for all 4 corners and now I need rotors. Looking on the Autozone website, it shows they have Baer decela rotors for the SS. Front: http://www.autozone.com/R,1717991/vehicleI...oductDetail.htm For the rears, it lists two different possible rotors. 7200lbs GVW and 6400lbs GVW. I assume I need the 6400lbs GVW rotors but I'm not sure. http://www.autozone.com/R,1041559/vehicleI...oductDetail.htm So has anyone tried these? Are they any good? They are a little pricey but I figured they'd be quailty since they are from Baer and should look nice since they are drilled and slotted. Thanks for the info! -Rob
  6. Yes, sorry. I have had the flu so I have not been on the board in a while, my apologies
  7. Bump it up. I will try to get to the shipping store this afternoon and see what they think.
  8. For just the tires? I'm not exactly sure how I could do that with them mounted on the wheels, but I'll brainstorm a bit tonight and get back to you
