  1. I happen to know someone ? with 1 or 2 extra (original of course) of these posters around. I don't plan on selling them though unless the offer was too sweet to turn down. I wouldn't sell it to someone that I thought was gonna just copy it for sale, maybe Zippy and I shouldn't have offered up all those originals a couple years back seeing as they are starting to be copied and sold now. Besides the point that it's illegal to do.
  2. No one should ever worry about "bothering Zippy", especially when you're visiting Vegas. He can always make time for someone stopping by to say HI! The address is on his Facebook page and his website http://zippyperformance.org/ We're in Bigfoot Business Park on Pecos near Sunset, not far from the airport.....we can also offer tips on saving money (ie: cabs) in Vegas, lol.
  3. Welcome to the site Zippy has a 2 wheel drive dyno but his would have no problem fitting a SSS, he just takes the front drive shaft off to be able to run it on there. We've done it many times.......

    When racing?

Although manually shifting is not really recommended with that transmission, it will be faster but only if you can hit it at the right rpm. Stock rev limiter is at 6000rpm so you need to make the shift well before that. Stock shift points are indeed too low but manually shifting is also difficult because of the low rev limiter.
  5. Maybe you should message or call Zippy on it. That Tahoe is my daily driver and it's a champ for sure. We literally put that thing together and went on a 5000+ mile road trip the next day. Never had a problem to this day.
  6. Welcome to the site There's a bunch of us here in Vegas. Feel free to stop by Zippy's shop (even just to say hi) anytime! Address on the website: http://zippyperformance.org/
  7. Im with ya on the wheels, but I've seen much worse Welcome!
  8. Im Jealous. Zippy and I used to go before we moved out of Michigan. Always a great time!!!
  9. For our honeymoon? No, just ask him he'll tell you the story. He'll admit he was an idiot for doing it. Had something to do with one or 2 bigger idiots that you probably know.
  10. ......and I wife who loves racing and doesnt mind (most of the time) that Zippy takes work calls and tunes through the night regularly.......and on our honeymoon, and every single trip we attempt to take. P.S. Zippy you still owe me that Grand Canyon trip that we turned around for after a 2 hr drive and $25 parking fee so you could tune on before mentioned honeymoon.
  11. Welcome, nice to see another fellow Michigander on here Zippy and I are from Grand Haven and Muskegon, in Las Vegas now.
  12. I'd have to agree with the others here, loving the viper
  13. The truck in the sig you are talking about was jonmalibuss's truck. He has since sold the truck and frank Guerrero bought the wheels from him. Those are the same wheels on the truck in his sig. I don't remember who makes them, but if you pm frank he can get you that info.
  14. I only know a limited amount on how Blackbear works....but I can tell you that if you call Zippy he can explain the process to you and what's involved. You could also email him if that's more convenient but a phone call usually prompts a quicker response His email: [email protected] Phone number: (702)406-0333
  15. Feel free to call Zippy if you are unsure on the process. He would be happy to walk you through it. In case you need it , his work cell is (702)406-0333
  16. A little late here to respond but just to add for those who don't already know- I can also be reached for information or messages to be given to Zippy. He gets so many calls and texts in a day its hard for him to keep up (If only he would STOP giving free Tech support as I like to call it to so many other shops calling him for assistance......). I live with him I know......If you text him he often doesnt respond. Don't text him your entire life story, just a quick question or ask him to give you a call works best. He will ALWAYS call back unless for some reason your call got lost in the mix or you call numerous times for nothing. It happens. Be respectful and dont call before 8am (We are in Pacific Time) or after 10pm. He will answer on weekends but call for a good reason(I'll leave the guilty parties unnamed) and don't call on Holidays unless he specifically tells you to or its an absolute emergency. If you have already given him your PCM or emailed the info and you want it done within a week or any specific time frame let him know. If he doesn't think it's urgent or you tell him it doesn't need to be done right away that is exactly what you should expect. Last but not least I am the only other person you should contact if you need to get a hold of Zippy. Some of his friends already do this and sometimes I am the fastest way for you to get a response back from him. Call me, text me, IM me....I check them all, I've been working with him for many years and I will get your message to him and make sure he finds time to respond or I will respond for him. 18. Zippy and I plan to do it in the near future but not yet. I went to the Power Tour in Muskegon last year and LOVED IT so I'll probably come back again this year. See you guys in Muskegon!!!!!! Have fun!!
  19. As mentioned earlier, if you have problems with your poster send an email to Zippy at [email protected]. Please add pic's too of the damage done so I can not only address this with the post office but also see what we can do to accomodate you. I cant resolve any issues if I am unaware of them. It is true we have no posters left (as of now) but obviously Zippy did save a few for himself so I may be able to take 1 or so from his posters if needed.
