  1. Here are a few pics. The changes are whole near rear axle unit painted black, new leaf springs, T/A girdle with ARP bolts, front upper and lower bumper color matched, painted rear bumper color matched and the rest of the body work is done. Before: After: Enjoy!
  2. Seriously though, how the hell did that thing not die from the cobra bites
  3. NSX is a very light car and can move although it is just a V6. I would say I/H/E and a tune and you should be good. I still have my import and plan to boost her
  4. This is the exactly look I am going for with my chrome rims down bottom. They are pitted and time for a change! Very nice!
  5. Yes sir and a few other small changes since the accident. Sorry I took the pic with my camera phone and it is still in the shop. Little dusty. Before the top was chrome and the bottom was just spray painted black.
  6. Well I am having just a few extra things done to the truck. Here is a sneak peak More to come when out the shop and cleaned up
  7. Yea if I has some extra $$ I would get the truetrac but OEM with the studs and T/A will have to do.
  8. Now I just have to choice on what diff fluid. Amsoil or RP. I was running RP before and it did well but thinking about making a switch. Severe Gear® Synthetic Extreme Pressure (EP) Gear Lube 75W-90
  9. Well since the truck is down for a few weeks, I figure I might as well add on any parts that I know wil come in handy. Just picked up this puppy right here with the ARP stud kit 10 bolt Low profile girdle
  10. Interested in seeing the pics setup also
  11. So since my truck as in an accident I will need to get a new bumper. I was wondering would the SS bumper mate up with my Silverado 1500 easily or do you think there would be some issues. I like the painted rear bumpers. If not I may just get a non-chrome version of my rear bumper and get it painted although I have never seen one.
  12. I am running a set of EBC greenstuff on the rear of my accord. Over the past few months EBC has been putting out some shit in regards to product. I would not recommend their rotors at all!!! Brake pads, for daily driving is fine but if you plan to get into it, PowerSlot rotors and Hawk HPS pads.
  13. Classic vid but damn that shit hurts each time I see it.
  14. painted bumper? Which are one are you walking about and would it fit my truck?
  15. Well the Silverado is down for a bit. Guy caught me on the rear back of the quarter panel and spun me around 180. Not only Body damage, but my axle is bent and rear backing plate along with brakes needed to be replaced Luckily no one was hurt.
  16. Thanks for the advice. I will look into the trail brake system and possibly getting a aerocatch inteceptor.
  17. In the month of May, me and a friend of mine are going to the performance years car show in PA. (http://performanceyears.com/openhouse.asp) He is going to enter in his 06 GTO and for kicks I am going to enter in the 1500 His GTO is rated 3725lbs and I was going to pick up a the full uhaul car trailer (http://www.uhaul.com/Reservations/EquipmentDetail.aspx?model=AT) and tow it up there. Only Him and I and his son(7yrs) will be in the truck. I know the tow hitch says 5000 lbs but wondering what would you guys recommend. I have nothing right now that watch my tranny temp but I do have the larger 40,000 tranny cooler, shift kit with some servos and I have power slot rotors, HAWK pads, and SS lines with racing brake fluid. This will be my first time hauling anything with the truck so I wanted to get some advice. Do I really need to purchase the trail brake controller? My buddy has a dash hawk so I am thinking about pulling it out his GTO and plugging it into the truck just for the trip but any help is greatly appreciate. P.S. Hopefully I may see some of you at the show.
  18. Yea I ordered some stuff to try and bring back the chrome appearance just a little bit more but I plan to get the powder coated next summer the color of the car. Thanks for the info fellas.
