  1. Looks good. Welcome to the site!
  2. May help to know what track you'll be running on. My current truck with a cat-back and a CAI on the stock tune ran 14.9. My last SSS had minor tuning done with a buddy's HP Tuners, and only exhaust work (stock manifolds and cats with true duals with magnaflows), and it ran 14.7. With what you have done, if you're not running in a DA over like 3000', you should be able to get close to a mid 14.

  4. It would look better with the stock hood. Want to trade me for mine? Lol.

    WOW

Being from Mansfield, I'd be surprised if it wasn't another story underneath...
  7. I would trust Circle D with any of my vehicles. The owner, Chris, is a stand-up dude. I had an issue with the trans after the swap in my T/A right before our last rally. It wasn't torque converter related, but I contacted him, just to see if he thought it would be ok to reuse the converter (I luckily had a buddy with a spare trans that I could swap right in). I told him I doubted it was hurt, but wanted to see what he thought, just for piece of mind driving that far from home. He said he wanted to make sure I was good to go, so he not only sent me a new converter, but overnighted it to me to make sure the car was ready to go in time. He didn't even charge me for the replacement. Just told me to send the other converter back to him when I got the car going, because he didn't want me missing out on the rally. I think their customer service and build quality are hard to beat for the money.

    WOW

I'm too intimidated to make an offer on that one...
  9. I wasn't positive about the SSS wheels, but I know, for sure, that Speedline was the company who made the later F-Body wheels, so I'd tend to agree that they are more than likely OEM.
  10. I'd be interested in seeing the 6-lug setup too. If I were looking for a new set, it would either be a 20", or 22" x 10-12. I agree completely that the tall skinny tire setups look like they have chicken legs.
  11. Nice. Welcome to the site
  12. You're about 7 years too late. I had dmv viewing access at my old job, but not now.
  13. The 4.8 Silveraydo. I heard those things blow red, white and blue smoke when you spin the tars!

    WOW

I love my truck, but if someone offered me $20k, I'd laugh all the way to the bank.
  15. I don't think the black one looks terrible. I'd not do it to an SS, but to each his own. The blue one looks cartoonish though IMO
  16. I replaced the oiled turd from my FIPK with the AMSOIL EA filter. It's the same nanofiber material used in the Donaldson (They're partner companies, so they share the material). The blue looks great on the truck and never had any issues.
