Hey guys sorry to dig up an old post..but this was my old truck..just curious who bought it now? are they a member? ugh cant belive it got sold so cheap someone got a hell of a deal.. im glad I didn't see this or I would have bought it back hahaha

HAHA..YESS!! first kill story from the ol truck!!...not fair?? thats priceless id say its not fair because hes 1000 lbs lighter haha my main problem with ford is the interior is like sitting on a park bench. i dont care if its cloth or loaded leather there just not comfy like the chevys. i cant talk alot of smack about the raptors because i do love the idea of them and actually some what considered one to tow my long travel sandrail around with but there still big money and not worth it to me. and im pretty happy with my newer sierra denali and i know its faster and wayyy more comfy. OHH and i dont have to worry about the frame bending like the raptors seem to be doing..but i guess ford guys probly think its cool that there cab and bed can touch haha i would have loved for GM to come out with an answer/compation for the raptor i would buy one for sure...but thats NOT going to happen

actually he sent me a text a couple hours after..sayin he's 6year old son..now thinks hes the coolest dad ever!!..lol even those he already has a h/c/i camaro and a vette power wheels...and that they would take good care of the truck together...really made me feel good about letting it go. as far as other toys for me..i needed to downsize alil i cant ever seem to have enough time or money for all of them.. ive been building a long traval sand rail for awhile and could use the extra money to finish it..and a 69 camaro that always hungry for money..but my replacement for this truck was i bought a newer sierra denali that im trying to deside how far to take this truck...but the main thing was we wanted to buy a bigger house and i needed the money for a deposit.

well...i have a pocket full of cash and no SS..i gotta say its wierd that its gone..and wasnt easy letting it go..sold it to a cop in detroit and he actually said " Man i almost feel bad buying it from you" lol i guess the look on my face handing him the keys must have been pretty obvious it was a sad day..lol..anyways i did tell him about the forum and what a good group of guys everyone on here is..he had poked around on here before..so hopefully now he will sign up and be a member of the group. anyways i just wanted to give a big thanks to all the guys that helped me over the years and or there own builds were motivating.. well im not counting my chickens yet..not untill its gone and the check is in hand..but im going to deliver it to the guy monday..he hasnt even seen it yet..but hes gettin one hell of a deal..i havent ever really TRIED to sell it because i didnt really wanna let it go..just threw it out on the forums..ive had a ton of people want it..but its hard to get finaced for a 20k+ 03 pickup truck..lol but this ones worth ever penny i still feel like im givin it away..so im keepin the carbon fiber cover since there so hard to find..anyways monday is gonna be a sad day for me

thank you!!... considering the miles..and its LESS then what i paid for the truck before all the mods ive added...on top of ALLLL the money i just dumped in to upgrading to a custom build trans...and the custom interior..just in the last couple months..on top of everything else before that..and lowered the selling price after spending so much...i think some one is gonna get one helluva good deal on a damn nice truck!

Take her home today with a one time payment of $22,900 the interior i just had done all the inserts were done in carbonfiber and the trim was dyed black to match and also added the SS in the headliner..and yes the whole headliner was done in carbonfiber..also swaped out all the standard lights to LED lights for the rest of the info..and for anyone who doesnt already know my truck heres the quick run down with out getting in to ever lil detail, but will be happy to answer anything if there something specificly you would like to know. anyways this is a first year 2003 silverado ss. with ONLY 39miles and was NOT drivin in the winter!! its victory red with 70 chevelle style matte black racing strips that are Painted on not a cheap stick on sticker. at the heart of the truck is a a 6.0 with a radix supercharger with a 2.9 pulley, volant cold air intake, with a custom ducted lower cold air. a custom ground blower cam from comp cams, and PRC dual valve springs with titanium retainers. HPM Monster efan kit. 42lbs injectors which acutaly flow 56lbs. and 100mm idler pulleys also has a Carbon Fiber engine/supercharger cover which is VERY HARD TO FIND!! also on top of everything else ive done to this truck..i also just added a nice new trans with a new converter and 300mm billet shaft thanks to Rich at detriot gear box!! the truck also has a brand new DMP e cutouts . and a corsa exaust custom made to be alil different and style which i love the rear exit kinda reminds me of a corvette BUT FASTER!! haha ..this truck sounds AMAZING!! i get complements on the looks and sound of it everytime i drive it on a side note*** if you done NOT like the exaust setup i do have a seperate corsa pipe with a new corsa tip for a more common side exit..or if you wanted to tow it would be an easy swap over this truck has alot of custom tuning done ..and is a Freak! i dont know why but this truck just works i cant tell you why its as fast as it is..LOL its gone a best of 12.300 at 111mph with a 1.67 60ft with my other wheels/tires which we also be included..now belive it or not..this truck as more in it.. its never been pushed to it to its full potention since the cam and fans were installed..on honestly belive this truck has 11s in it..but ive never had anyone complain when there pinned to the back of the seat..well other then the guy in the corvette your pullin away from leavin them in the dust wonder how they just got beat by a chevy pickup...haha please let me know any questions you have feel free to ask here..or call or text me at 517 898 0010 ive been toying around with selling this for so long..but now that i bought another truck its time to let it go and start on the new project

i should have known when after we agreed on a price when he said il still have to have my dad come take a look at to make sure everything is ok with the truck..and also when i said i was nervous about getting the cashiers check..and he said just go ahead and get it..it will just make it easier if u already have it..and if it falls threw some how he would reimburse me any fees it cost me.. i thought i could trust another forum member...which is why i only posted it for sale on this form..i guess not...guess its time for autotrader and where ever else guess i should have made a seperate post for this haha

that car screams..ive raced him a few times..ran him at onadaga..and i could take him in the 1/8 which is all we were allowed to run there..but hes done alil more tuning since then and still has alot of room to go in the car..but now hes launching it alil better and would kick my ass..i think hes 11.8s now in the 1/4 and gettin faster...big cars shouldnt move like that lol then again big trucks shouldnt either haha ya understand..the limo business can get alil shady at times..im pretty picky about what jobs i book 90% of everything i do is just weddings tho honestly so its pretty simple and not to shady since there in the middle of the afternoon..i do have a few driver that have the CCW and carry on some runs..but ive never had any situation get out of control..just the typical girls gettin out of control and stripping down..haha actually tho this is probly my last year and i think im gonna start tryin to sell everything off or sell it all as one probly in a month..my main job needs all my attention now so i have to basicly pick one or the other and buckle down

im glad some one agrees and im not out of line...oh and to make things even worse that would have been 38k for his truck...2 weeks later i see his truck in the out trader for 36k..just the icing on the cake for me

thats to funny..yep AJ likes his guns..cool guy and that Marauder is a MONSTER!!! lol ya i had the truck sold..i wouldnt say things just feel threw..i would say i got screwed over by a shady forum member..ive just been to pissed off about the whole situation to saying thing because im normaly not that type of person...but the long story short..a member thats local to me..pmed me asking if i would consider a trade for his 10 sierra denali..i was looking for a lil older one to save some money but for the right truck i would consider it..he came down..i drove his ..he drove mine with both like them..talk about price that night..he wanted my truck PLUS $13,500 i didnt wanna spend that much..but we went back and forth and agreed on $13,250 plus my truck..then agree to meet up..well then his truck isnt paid off..then he cant get the title..blabla this goes on for a week or so..then hes suppost to meet up and do the trade and wants all my spare parts ect..fine no problem...after hes not showin up once..so im at the bank payin my truck off..and getting the loan setup for the new truck..and he says he still doesnt have the title but should have it..sooo im alil neverous now..but he says go ahead and get the money around and he will be down with in the next few days...sooo i have everything ready...freshly detailed truck looks the best its ever looked..runs the best its ever run...then nothin...no call...no text ..nothing....finaly i get a text sayin..sorry i guess now i dont want an SS i want and HD to tow a boat that im thinking about getting....sorry for wasting your time...nice truck.. okkk sorry sore subject i guess i needed to vent alil

well my buddy calls me from his work..he works for a large dealership in the area..and says i gottca come out and look at this SS they got in on trade..and hes laughing..so i stop out..and cant belive what i see..truck only has like 50k miles and its an intimidator at that...first the paint...wow..but the hood wtf..its just a scoop molded on to a factor hood and its a terrible mold its cracked all the way around..on top of being like 9inch cowl..haha its not even cut out in the back so it just looks like a huge box from the drivers seat. almost forgot about the huge dent by the headlight. then pop the hood..and theres wires cut everywhere..mainly ones that were added from a system and god knows what else..rusty headers and the more i look it had some sort of F.I at one point...the oil cap had a oil drain drilled in to it..so i would guess it was turboed or procharged at one point...i started taking some pics to show u guys..but theres plent on there forsale add....and the worst part of it all...they want 24k for it...what the ****!!! my truck is 10times this truck and the would probly give me 14k for mine...anyways...injoy the pics ...if anyone wants to buy it...il test drive it for ya....or better yet make u a better deal on my truck..haha http://sundancechevy.com/search/search.php?view=details&vvin=2GCEC19N461241350

i would say corsa ALL DAY!!!..i had a 03 denali xl with a gibson and i like it no drone and it was a deeper grown like a semi almost haha..had a 03 sierra hd with a magna flow..the muffler actually splitt open on me..being a stainless muffler i was kinda pissed about that..lucky for me i have a tig welder so i just welded the seem back shut...my ss has a corsa and it sounds amazing!! altho it is alil loud ..and on my 08 denali i just bought i have a corsa the quiet one..soo i put headers and a y pipe on it and now its pretty loud when your on it..it screams like a Z06..lol but set the cruise and its as quiet as stock not a bit of drone i was pretty shocked..and at an idle its perfect...soo it really depends on your personal taste on what u like a deep rumble with a gibson..or a screaming z06 corsa

thanks guys... yep still have the SSS..but i think im gonna push selling it now that i have another truck...ive only ever posted on the forum forsale i reallllly wanted it to go to another forum member..but il think i might make a autotrader and or ebay add for in soon...then i can finish my 69 camaro..and long travel sand rail..orrrr might have alil fun with the denali...a TT or blown denali could be fun...altho i should probly just leave it alone and finish the other projects..lol easier said then done tho haha
