this place used to be where you could hardly keep on anything there was so much going on. Still here and kicking after almost 14 years on this forum. This site is a ghost town.

Just as stated, Im going to sell my Dropstar DS05's with tires that are like new. I found a set That im going to get to make the truck my own. I dont need two sets of wheels as only one set will get used. $800 for the set with tires FIRM. I have a post from last year from and a how to on the fog light mounting with brackets from lowes, and some bolts and nuts. Took all over about an hour to get things the way i wanted it. Search my name and you will find a post from last year for pics of my brackets. The how to was from 2012.

I have a complete rear bumper cover with the steel support, wiring harness for the license plate lights, and all step pads, even has the tube for the spare tire still. The color is Arrival Blue. $300 for the complete thing ready to bolt on. There are a few nicks here are there but is from normal use for a 2004 SSS. Still shiny glossy paint, no rust on the frame for the cover. Text me for pics since I can get any pic you want and also re sizing is a PITA. 847-489-1982 Mike

Sounds good. There are a few spots where I think a few LED's could be moved. Im just extremely anal ( no funny jokes Now LOL) They are on ebay for the same price as well, there are two watchers. If you want it, I can remove the listing from Ebay, as long as I get a depsoit down on the cluster first. I wouldnt be charging more than $50 as it would be non refundable due to possibly losing the sale on Ebay. Otherwise I will update this thread on what happens. I hope thats understandable. Mike

Wheels Sold!

It will a little, but a larger sway bar would be better with poly bushings. This is only acting like a K member but on top of the motor. Its already tying things in that are already tied in. Plus not knowing what type of steel it is it might not do anything but be for looks. From the pics, It looks like headers would be a issue.

I just noticed the wheels went from perfect to horrible oxidation. Still a real nice custom one off truck. But There is well over $100,000 in that thing. Wonder why he is selling it? I know things come up, but man that would be the last thing I would sell. But I cant talk either, I found out I was having kids and sold my Procharged camaro SS, Procharged Z06, and my 69 Camaro SS.

I heard the same thing on PT net. But mine was going to go anyway since the input shaft was stock and wasnt able to take the power the truck makes anyway.

4L80E for sure. But you will need to get a different trans member for it. I also suggest putting some money into it if you are going to make some power. They can only tolerate about 500HP.

The trans was opened up and its all stock minus a little shift kit. Ray super sub said he built this trans, if building a trans is only putting a shift kit in, I dont get how he is still in business. Snapping the input shaft and finding out you have to spend $3,100 or so to fix it the right way with all new clutches and bands as they were stock as well, and were worn, and start over. SMH. Does anyone have Rays number?

My passenger rear tire had a small cut in the top of the tire that I notice when I got the truck home. Not sure if it was that way before as it was a blizzard on my way home and couldnt see the tires as they were snow covered on the trailer. I do know when the truck launches the rear squats like crazy and he while front end lifts up. Maybe thats the issue. I measured the wheel and its 9.5 inches wide. Here are the pics I got today while it was on the lift.

Wasn’t sure where to start with like the tailgate with the spoiler. I just went off what the spoiler cost and for it to be painted, then just the tailgate itself and the cladding it has.
