Buddy almost bought a 07 sierra denali. Dealer was making a trade to get it for him and he needed it right away. Deal 1state over sold the truck on him after he put a down payment down. So he ended up buying a 07'Silverado crewcab Z71. Question is where can i find a site that sells Intake,Header,Exhaust and some dress up things like blacked out headlights/tails or the Chrome door handles?

friend just picked the truck up. Looking for Headers,Exhaust,Intake,Ect I have been looking all over and i cannot really find anything for this truck only the 6.0 Model from last year. IS there anyone out there that sells stuff for the truck yet?
