I know I posted a similar question in the VHO/VMAX forum but I figured alot of you guys might have missed it there so I am asking the same questions here. I am looking for the BEST Programmer available for my NBS 2007 GMC V-Max Crew Cab 4x4. My local 4x4 shop is pushing the Edge Evolution EEC 2200. Is that a decent unit? Any other suggestions? I don't want a hand held programmer. I like the look of it installed on the dash (or door post). I am probably going to do a cat back exhaust & maybe a CAI as well. I should probably say that my MAIN intention in doing performance mods is to improve the overall performance of the truck. I am NOT going to race it or anything along those lines. It is used as a tow vehicle & everyday "driver". I am NOT planning to spend alot of $$ on a custom tune either. Any help is appreciated!!

Does the Magnaflow sound anything like a Corsa or Borla system? Is there a RESONANCE problem with Magnaflow exhaust systems?

STILL LOOKING for a decent exhaust for my new truck but shopping around a bit yet. Anybody have any comments about MAGNAFLOW? I want the performance I should be getting with a nice exhaust note but WITHOUT THE RESONANCE some systems create. Are Magnaflows decent systems or should I stick with my first two choices (Corsa or Borla)?

I need to buy a programmer for my new truck. I want one that can do just about everything. Planning to put on a cat back exhaust, maybe a CAI too. WHo makes the BEST & most USER FRIENDLY Programmer?!? Any part numbers, prices, links to websites, etc. is appreciated!

Still need the GM PART NUMBER for my truck... The BORLA P/N is 140230 but I'm not sure if that is for the PERFORMANCE system or the TOURING version...

You're right, they ARE Borla systems. I don't think GM has them available yet for my truck yet. I could be wrong though!! If you or anybody else knows what GM Part Number it would be I'll call me dealer ASAP. I'm more interested in the PERFORMANCE system vs. the touring version. Thanks!!
