  1. Yeah i already checked the trans. level and added 1/2 L of fluid. I noticed the post after i had already posted I called a dealer and asked them about them and they told me if it is not blower related they would warranty it. They are a big GM dealer that does a lot of custom vehicles (incl. installing radix blowers themselves) Where is the soleniod, and how would I know if that's the problem. Thanks
  2. Hey I just started having this problem today. When i give it 1/2 throttle the truck just holds it in first till 6,oooRPM and them holds it for a sec. or two before shifting. It only does this in first gear. Is the tranny gone? Even if i punch it at 60mph she downshifts and then just bounces off the rev limiter till I ease off. I'm thinking of bringing it to a dealership cause the truck still has warranty. But i don't think they would warranty it cause it's supercharged.
  3. Hey I am looking for a 3.1" or even a 3" pulley for my maggie.
  4. Yeah, I don't like the look too much. Dash is awesome though
  5. What the hell are some people thinking of? I'd be embarrased sitting bitch seat.
  6. I got the Dynatech LT with Corsa Sport and loving it. Nice rumble during normal driving and loud as hell WOT.
  7. Ouch, sorry to hear. But glad you're OK. By the look it the pictures, you frame might be bent a couple of inches.
  8. I had these and would recommend doing a projector retro fit as the light output sucks on all aftermarket projector headlights. here's a pic of my old Tahoe with them
  9. Actually flicking your HID's is bad for them. It reduces the lifespan of the bulb. The xenon has to take some time to warm up before you turn it off. It is recommended to let your HID's run for min. 30sec before turning them off. And then when you turn them off, you're suppose to let them cool off first before you turn them on again. If you keep turning them on/off constantly your bulb in time will burn redish meaning the bulb is almost gome. For HID related questions, just search the HID forum @ www.hidplanet.com Hope this helps
  10. I wouldn't bother buying it. Besides, you can go to a local parts store and make your own. Real simple.
  11. The projector itself is really cheap. i had bought a set years ago for my old Tahoe. The inside of the projector isn't really all that reflective. If you take out your bulb and look inside, you will see what I am talking about. I tried putting in HID's, which made it better, but still down back roads it sucked majorly. What I ended up doing is getting a pair of BMW projectors and retro fitting them in with the factory HID's. If you want more info on tis kind of stuff, go to www.hidplanet.com in the forum there you can read up on how to retro fit and also there you can find out about all these aftermarket projector headlights (how much tjey suck) Hope it helps
  12. Hey I've been trying to figure this out. I have searched quite a bit and found a lot of topics on this, but can't make up my mind still. I have a Radix'd 05 SSS and I want to build up my tranny this winter. When I bought my truck I had gotten all the tranny parts I will probably need (all listed in my sig.). But i am unsure if I should install a TBTC that came with the truck too. Some guys comment that it ain't bad, but some don't like it too much. Could someone please give me the real deal if it's worth installing. Thanks in advance.
  13. nice car. unfortunately we don't get the evo's here in Canada. We get the Rally Sport but that's about all. The Evo didn't pass Canada's crash tests. Shitty.
